Hello! My name is Josiah Sanders and I am an ex-employee of Mr Rooter Plumbing of Kansas City. During my time with the owners, Andrew and Paul, I learned so much extremely valuable information. I worked on the dig crew and observed almost all the day to day operations of the job sites. I can definitively vouch for the integrity, quality, and proficiency of both their work and the men in charge of the work. I have never worked under such hardworking, godly, customer oriented owners. I recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing to all my family, friends, and even my current employer. Unfortunately I had to resign for personal reasons but I recommend working for them to anyone interested!

However, if you’re reading reviews you’re probably not interested in hiring on for this company. You’re most likely trying to evaluate your plumbing operations. I have seen the characters of the owners and the employees and I did not once see them take advantage of their customers. They would always treat everyone JUST as they wanted to be treated. I also saw the quality of work these men preformed. From concrete to quality of material they would always go above and beyond.

I cannot speak higher of their plumbing skills. With 3 master plumbers at the head teaching their knowledge to their workers you have a crazy amount of experience at your disposal. We fixed SO many jobs other plumbers in the area like Bob Hamilton, Roto Rooter, and others were incapable of completing. I personally learned so so much from them and I’m incredibly grateful.

In conclusion, I would recommend them to ANYONE who needs a plumber. From residential to commercial they have the know how to get it done. I wish them the best and I wish you the best! I know you’ll have an amazing experience with Mr Rooter Plumbing of Kansas City!!

James was very professional and skilled at detecting the source of the issue. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. There was an issue with scheduling where the staff person did not finalize my appointment resulting in them dropping my scheduled appointment. I spoke with management and they were able to rearrange appointments to prioritize my repair.

I am very pleased with the two men who installed my new furnace and central air. They were very knowledgeable and went about their job very professionally. I would recommend Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of work.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... January 2023: Master Plumber Kyle Lay did warranty maintenance for our kitchen faucet assisted by Plumber Cassidy. Kyle’s work was top-notch. Kyle inspected the faucet and immediately completed the needed corrective work. Kyle also identified actions that we might take to mitigate future maintenance for the faucet. We especially appreciated Kyle’s technical skills and ability to improve the faucet’s performance. We would be pleased to have Master Plumber Kyle Lay return and do plumbing work in our home.September 2022: Customer Service/Scheduling was able to send Master Plumber Bruce Richardson to fix a hose faucet’s stuck vacuum breaker. Bruce fixed the vacuum breaker and showed me how I could do it myself if I wanted. Bruce also tested our water quality and water pressure. Lastly, Bruce wrote alternative estimates for water filtration and a pressure assisted flushing toilet. My family was very impressed with Bruce’s knowledge of plumbing and vast experience with installation of plumbing.January 2022: I had Master Plumber Bruce Richardson return with Plumber Cooper to install a new faucet in the kitchen and repair two toilets with malfunctioning parts. Bruce installed a higher quality faucet than I can find. The install went fast and Bruce made adjusts for our sink’s unique space. The function, fit and finish of the Wolverine Brand faucet made it far superior to other faucets. Well worth the investment. Cooper’s repairs to our toilets used higher quality parts than what you find in the major hardware stores. I asked Bruce to write estimates for the future replacement of my water heater with a conventional water heater or a replacement tankless water heater. We would be very happy to have Bruce or Cooper return to work on our home.December 2021: Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s scheduling team were professional and made me feel confident in doing business with them. Master Plumber Bruce Richardson arrived on time and looked over the work we needed done. Bruce gave us several options at different prices to choose. Bruce clearly answered our questions. Bruce got the work quickly done and answered our questions about reliability and quality of the work.We were very pleased Bruce used a Milwaukee Force Logic Press Tool to connect and seal pipe connections. This tool use meant there was no open flame used for pipe brazing.We will have Benjamin Franklin Plumbing return to do more work in our home.

The valve on my main water line sprung a bad leak on a Sunday afternoon and Carlos showed up within an hour of calling. He got my leak fixed and even replaced a valve that was going bad on the toilet bowl. He is prompt, professional and reasonably price. I will definitely call him when I need his services again.👍
