Our sink started leaking, i couldn't find the problem, so called Mr Rooter. THey showed up within 30 min (5:45 PM on a Tuesday) and resolved the problem for a very reasonable fee. Thanks!

Kept me informed on arrival time. Tito, my service guy, should me the correct way to make sure the Aprilaire humidifier filter is to be installed. I had replaced it, but it was tilted and not snapped in place. Purchased HVAC 3 years ago. Still glad I did.

Chris came to our house, just as it was beginning to storm, and couldn’t finish servicing the broken air conditioner. He called back the next morning, on a Saturday, to say the on-call service tech was booked for the day, but he would come in on his day-off to fix our air conditioner. Going above and beyond to help us cool down our rapidly warming house was beyond the call of duty. It was especially helpful as our daughter had surgery the day before and just wanted to rest. Thank you for your prompt service and for cooling our house again!
