Best Bathroom Repairs in Kansas City MO

I had no experience at all. Someone came over on a Wednesday to get a better idea of what I wanted done. I needed about 350 square feet of LVP put in, six lower cabinets installed, repair work on the garage, and some flashing on my porch roof. He took some measurements, made some notes, and said I will get you a quote, probably Monday.

It is now Saturday, and I have not heard one word from anyone. Even an email to say thanks, but no thanks, would have been nice. I guess my project wasn't going to be a good money maker, so they decided to move on. 🤷

I have definitely moved on and found someone who will do the work.

I have a home warranty, and in most cases I am disappointed with the companies who are assigned to me. This was the exception. Quick Relief Plumbing did an awesome job finding the problem, and fixing it quickly. Anthony S was super friendly and helpful. He was able to explain, in detail, exactly what was going on with my shower. Very impressed with both Anthony S & the owner (also named Anthony). I will be using Quick Relief Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues in the future.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

He does high end Quality work on every job it doesn't matter if it's a $1000 job or a $50000 job he treats every one of them like it's the only job he has. Derek was very professional in fixing our water pipe coming into the house even in the rain. Cleaned up the job site including moving the mulch back in place.

**Update: Pierpoint reached out and apologized for the mishap and made it right with me. Updating score to reflect my satisfaction, appreciate the transparency and such.**

I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!

We've had All-in-one Plumbing to our house twice in the last few years and I couldn't be happier with the professional service they provided each time. Cost was fair and they were able to come out the next day each time. Stacy was on time and extremely professional both times. I don't leave reviews very often but they deserve one! We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!

I contacted $49 Handyman to repair screens on my back porch. Doug came out and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. He never returned to do the work and never returned my phone calls or text messages. I would stay away from this company and look for someone else to do the work.
