tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

He communicated well throughout the project to keep me informed and considering the extent of the damage, the price was extremely reasonable. Him and his helper are really great guys and I would highly recommend Al Mac Plumbing & Gas. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I received same-day service. My AC stopped working, turns out it was a maintenance issue. Price was the technician, he diagnosed the problem within five minutes and fixed it within the hour. He stayed to make sure the AC was operating properly before he left. I could not have asked for better service. Price took a moment to explain the maintenance issue and help me to understand the workings of my thermostat. As a female homeowner I’m skeptical and on guard about getting taken when requesting plumbing AC and heating services, I was relieved by the straight forward and honest service.

This is the second time I've used O&M and they are 2 for 2! The first time I had them replace a set of toilets after I installed new floors. They were on time, efficient, and extremely knowledgable. The second time was for an outdoor hose issue, that would've required me going to Home Depot at least 2x to fix the issue. They had it knocked out in minutes. Amazing crew and company!

This is my second time using Proven and they did an outstanding job each time.

When I had a serious piping problem I was told that I should completely change all the elements, but I got advice from turbo plumbing and they only changed one pipe and everything was as good as new, great.

I’ve gone through multiple tradesmen to renovate my entire house and could not believe how horrible they are here. Luckily, I found Raymond who actually shows up when he says he will, does his job well and on time, actually communicates with me on progress, and checks in to see where the other subs are in their progress. I honestly thought that this renovation was a lost cause, but thank goodness Raymond showed up! I initially hired him to install a floor mount tub filler and install new shower fixtures that involved re-routing lines in my master bath renovation. But since then, I’ve hired Raymond to install a shut off valve for my water softener, replace the shower fixtures in my kids’ bathroom, and next he’ll be installing a line in for my gas bbq. I trust Raymond completely and have already recommended him to my neighbors!
