Very easy to get an apptmt and he came earlier than our apptmt time. He did not have everything to do the job and went to the store to get items he needed and finished the job. An hour or so later, it stopped working again. We called back to the office and said he will come back after his other jon. He fixed the other problem on the toilet and gave us a price break due to having to return. I would use them again.

Their rate was very reasonable, no charge for the estimate, or coming out. They quickly located the massive clog in the main pipe and got the system flowing again. They checked all the drains before cleaning up giving extra confidence the drains will remain clear for years to come.
