Eli from Mr. Rooter gave us a great estimate that was the lowest of the companies we met with. His work was high-quality. We will be calling them up again in the event we need anymore plumbing work done.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

I recently bought a home with some legacy plumbing issues. The first plumber that I contacted came out and quoted me $6,000 to fix the problem without doing a thorough diagnosis of the issue. Next, I reached out to Austin Plumbery at the recommendation of my realtor. They sent Travis Whitby out, and he and his coworker figured out what was wrong and completely fixed my issue for just shy of $300 while informing me that the previous plumber was incorrect with his assessment of the problem. If you're in the Austin area, I highly recommend these guys for all of your plumbing needs!

They clean the line as best they could, but identified the problem as on the city side of the sewer. Had to call the city sewer department and they have cleaned it out so it’s working now.
