Best Septic Repair in Austin TX

We had a sewer line clog. Another rooter company came out and could not break up the clog or locate the cleanout valve. They said we would have to install a new cleanout valve and/or dig through the garage floor because it was likely that the pipe was broken. The proposed solution would cost $8,000+.Scheduling with Rooterman was a breeze and very professional. Mike came out the same day, had a longer cable that could reach the clog and break through. With a camera, they identified it was a grease clog and that there was nothing wrong with the pipe. Mike documented the problem well, adding a photo of the location of the buried cleanout valve, and saved the day.There was a $79 visit fee, but that's applied towards any other service needed.Would call Rooterman or recommend them again.

A little pricey but that's what you expect when you call out a plumber on Sunday afternoon, Noah did a very professional main line clean-out and got the job done earlier than scheduled. We are flowing in the right direction again! Thanks Roto-Rooter.....

I found a lot of good reviews for this company and I'm pretty happy with the results. They fixed four leaks in about 90 minutes. Not too shabby. A tad pricy but hey, compared to the amount of plaque buildup in my heart I avoided, stressing and yelling, making mistakes, and all the runs to Lowe's because I bought the wrong part, and all the rest I would've experienced doing it myself.... I contacted Austen Plumbing in the morning, and by the afternoon I had (long awaited) hot water coming from my kitchen sink. Sediment and other things were keeping the hot water from spilling out of the tap, and all was fixed in a timely manner. And things were explained quite thoroughly. This place is a scam. There is a Start 2 Finish plumbing listed in many metro areas around the country and you are calling a phone bank that is harvesting your data, NOT a local plumber.

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
