Today the technician was supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I cancelled the appointment because the technician arrived at 10:15 or 10:20 to start a major job and I had an appointment later after lunch. The excuse the office gave me was that the technician forgot his tools at home and had to go back to get them. This was the second time this has happen with the same technician. The first time I had an appointment with same technician came to do the job he said his tools were in the truck and the truck was in the shop so he had to come back to do the work. The second appointment with same technician went well and the work was done well. But forgetting tools or not having tools with you 2 out of 3 times does not make for good customer service.

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

Alex was great! In spite of the 30° and sleeting weather, he removed my old, leaky, dirty 40 gallon water heater from my kitchen and installed a shiny new tankless water heater outside. I had hot water the same day! He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He cleaned up all the debris and didn’t leave any trash in my yard or house. He answered some random plumbing questions for me too.Desmond was great as well. He installed an owners cut off valve for me and also helped address the water pressure issue. He worked outside in 30° weather as well. He painted the cover for my cut off valve cover blue, so I wouldn’t get it confused with my neighbor’s.I very much appreciate the service I received. I would definitely call them again. These guys really are plumbing wizards!

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. I called these guys out the other day when my water heater went out and Ricky came to check it out not only was he able to get the same brand he was also able to install it that same day super professional he layed floor covers and was very careful highly recommend. As he was in the attic he also noticed my AC system was over 20 years old and was sweating from all the torn duct that was up there, what I really liked was that he showed me exactly where it was leaking from. They came out the next day and knock it out in a couple of hours I really appreciate their services and will definitely be calling them anytime I need them.

Ray has worked on several projects for me from winterizing my pipes before snow fell to helping me make an old house with ancient pipes livable. He’s responsive, timely and a great communicator. I recommend him highly!

I'm so thankful I call Efficient AC - I was able to reach out to Robert on a Friday at 11pm, to come see why our AC had stopped working. He arrived at the house within 45 minutes, and got to work right away. He was able to clear our drain line and got our AC back to working conditions, until we are able to reach out to our home warranty company. Robert did an amazing job even though it was late into the night. Really appreciate his help!

We had low water pressure for years & could not figure out the problem, and had thought it was the water heater. We'd even called the City of Austin on several occasions. Ultimately, found Tim!! He came in for a diagnostic, and patiently listened to all the details & checked a few faucets, showerheads & started eliminating possible causes one by one. Ultimately he recommended that we change the pressure reducing valve outside the house before trying any major plumbing work. And he even offered various options to save money when I told him I've done smaller 'DIY' repairs myself - this was great!!! By the way he didn't charge for the dignostics, as promised. We decided to have Tim do the repairs on the pressure reducing valve. Long story short, it worked like a charm!! Tim's diagnosis was spot on!! We finally have fantastic water pressure - my wife's certainly happier, not sure why we waited so long. Tim is definitely the go to giy for your plumbing needs big or small. He is highly sought after, so plan in advance. Respectful & honest, great work. Highly recommend Tim!

This company doubled my quote once it was time for payment and would not share material cost details on the invoice. Do not recommend if you care about budgeting, clarity and professionalism. Will not be using again.
