I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Dilan arrived on time, quickly solved the problem, and showed me the culprit—an old-school stopper that was stuck in the overflow drain. I'm thankful to have been referred to them.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

We had a great experience with Good Flow, and we had major work done. Our 50-year-old iron sewer lines had rusted away in part, and we were having serious problems.Another company came out to manage an emergency and took photos in the line, so we were convinced. But Good Flow seemed to know more about what they were doing, how long it would take and included repairs the other company did not.Having the home drain system replaced is an arduous and sometimes loud process taking 3 weeks or so. They actually tunnel in under the house and replace the entire system with plastic pipe, Most days we had at least one bathroom available, but a couple of days we did not.Good Flow crews were respectful, did a professional job, including covering the mounds of dirt to protect them from rain. They put concrete back at the washer and driveway, and cleaned up after themselves.Good Job! Good Flow!

Our house, like many in Austin, had a burst pipe after Winterpocalypse 2021. We were extremely lucky to get an appointment with Biggs only a couple days after everything thawed, and the gentleman who came out to do the service was extremely helpful and accommodating. He had to cut into our sheetrock and make multiple cuts in our copper piping in order to make the repair, but he had all the tools he needed and found the break in the pipe right away. We will definitely be calling again for our future plumbing work.

I never used to look at the mechanical condition of my air conditioner but a friend recommended me to call turbo plumbing to do a maintenance, when they looked it and it was about to damage some pipes, thanks to this company for helping me and being aware of the whole process.

Ok people I’m really angry and disappointed with this company a friend referred me to them because I needed some heating service; my AC was working fine the only problem I had was it was not heating upstairs and wanted to see what can be done the guy that came was on time he looked everything and said that my thermostat is not circulating that’s the reason why is not heating upstairs; he called his manager and they told me that the best option will be to change thermostat to a newer that circulates and I’m able to control it; I said ok let’s doit He Said that he didn’t had the device with him he had to get it; the office is in Austin so I didn’t know where he got it from he came back maybe 10 minutes installed and showed me how to controlled it; I ask him how much he said 840 or so but because of the membership that they had they charged me 750 or so. He left and my friends comes to the house looks at the system they installed and said I have the same system but it cost me only $180 at Home Depot ; my friend was very upset and we called 3 x to talk to a manager to get an explanation why they will charge me so much ; no one called me to follow on me about this issue; I talk to a lady for the last time told her did they do the membership like I ask nope they didn’t even listen to what I said so they never did the membership they supposed to call me to sign me up for the membership so that if I have any air conditioning problem Ido t have to pay for the hand work only if they need to replaced a device; they never sign me up and I’m glad they didn’t but please do not go to this company they just try to take your money and they not considered or follow with you about any concern; I have requested a refund because they charge me so much was just a devise that’s costed $180 and they charge 750ish horrible service and customer service please do not go there.

This was may 3rd or 4th time to use this group and every time they have been on-time, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable in pricing.This most recent issue was a small leak that had been plaguing us for over a year. We had called our 'home warranty' company multiple times and the plumbers sent could not diagnose the issue.Milad from Austin Metro Plumbing identified the leak within 10 minutes and fixed it right away. When he was done he offered to look at any other issues since we had already paid for an hour of labor...so he fixed an outdoor hose bib too.I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them for any issues moving forward...just hoping I don't need them!

Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer.Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.
