I can not Express enough how helpful this company has been in reaching our deadline on time for a commercial project! I especially want to thank Dan from the HVAC & Mechanical side of this company! He stepped up to the plate to help bring this project home! He brought in two guys willfread and Darwin. I really hope that efficient will give these three guys a pat on the back or a round of applause. We were in a bind and behind and thanks to these three in particular we have a very clean, timely installation. The most important thing to me about these guys. You could set your watch by will and Darwin they will be there at the same time everytime and work all day long at a faster than steady pace(high marks from me in the category.)They are very educated in their trade. As well as amongst the most efficient of the efficient group in my opinion. It has been a true pleasure to work with these guys and I look forward to using them on the next project! During the Austin Ice Storm in February 2023 my Generac Generator was having issues. Joe was responsive and put me in touch with a service technician/electrician (Mario) who could not make it out due to a full schedule. However Mario took the time he had to FaceTime with me and had me prepare to show him our generator installation and the associated wiring. I safely (with power disconnected) traced and walked him through the wiring as he directed via the phone in the rain/sleet. He identified that the wiring was incorrectly connected to the Automatic Transfer Switch by another electrician which is apparently fairly common. I contacted the electrician whom performed the original installation and he corrected the issue. Following that, our generator ran without issue and continues to power our house while we await local repairs to the blown transformer/bulk electric grid. Thank you Joe and Mario!

Not gonna lie, had probably one the best customer service experience of my entire 41 year life with the technician, Chase, that came out for my A/C woes. He was extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly proficient and geuniely approached the issue from a customer's standpoint all while being personable. Quality technician.
