Though the plumber was good, the dispatch service was very disappointing. I put in a call on a Saturday morning at 11am and did not get a plumber until Sunday at 10am. Keep in mind, this is from a company that offers 24/7 service. Very frustrating. I was also disappointed that Roto-Rooter uncharges parts unreasonably. It's standard for a plumber to charge twice the retail price of a part, but triple the price?!

During the project, Pierre installed a new hot water heater and replaced all my old, broken shut-off valves and DIY mistakes, again for a very reasonable price. Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
