Over the years Ben has come to our home to help me with specific problems. One essential for a plumber is how to use a shovel, and he can dig ditches with finesse, and speed and lots of laughter! (Digging ghost potatoes). He is also innovative in dealing with unforseen problems as they arise, using what is at hand to eliminate (sometimes dangerous) situations. Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well. We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. The valve to the refrigerator ice maker had a leak that needed immediate repair. I called Santana Plumbing Company after hours and I was quickly given an ETA for a diagnostic estimate and repairs. The ice maker box with quarter turn brass valve and the hammer arrester were replaced within minutes. Jaime had all of the required equipment and tools needed. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, quality and very reasonable fees. Santana Plumbing Company has been saved to my contacts for any future plumbing needs my family may have and I highly recommend it for yours.

Massively overpriced. I was out of town and asked my 80-year old mother to be on site for them to give a quote for a whole house surge protector. They ended up charging me $1400 to install a $285 Ditek surge protector!!! Can't say it's labor either. They only spent 15 minutes to do the job. Many electricians in Austin, so consider this when you shop.

Maybe they do a good plumbing job, but I was never able to even offer them our money. This was a business-to-business deal, this company was recommended by a friend in business. First, they showed up for an estimate at 8.40am (instead of between 10am-12pm and will give you a call 30 mins in advance), and were very surprised no one was waiting for them there. Came back at the scheduled time (and yes, finally called in advance), looked at the place and said will send an estimate... Never received any estimate or call back.Maybe they are the best plumbers in town, but I was never able to hire them.
