My sink and dishwasher backed up and I was able to get a same day appt which was amazing! Eric and Cobey came over and were super friendly and nice and fixed my problem within minutes and a very reasonable price. They also looked at my shower I was having problems with and gave me an estimate.Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and will defiantly be using them again for all future repairs! 1st Home came out multiple times to check our plumbing system and ensure we had no leaks. They were very professional and responsive throughout. They didn’t quit until they were sure everything was working perfectly.

My AC quit working with 100 degrees today. I called for a technician and they sent one out same day. Unfortunately my unit is old and will need replacement. They have scheduled a unit replace for tomorrow. Very friendly and offered me veteran discount. I couldn’t be happier.

They're my go-to maintenance people for my HVAC as they've initially installed my AC system ever since my house was built. I haven't had a single hiccup with my system for the past five years, and it's thanks to their due diligence. Stan's Heating, Air and Plumbing also installed a hard-start kit for my AC system and the installation went so fast and seamless that it's rather impressive.

Had a different company out in January to fix a water line leak, but the leak came back six-seven months later. O&M came out within a week, explained the problem to me clearly, and fixed it in a couple of hours. The techs were friendly and professional, and the work comes with a year warranty. Would def use them for future plumbing issues!

I’ve worked with Arthur and Robert at Efficient for two different calls, both came quickly for after hours service, were really friendly and helpful. Arthur explained what he was doing to test and correct the system issue. When Robert came it was just that our condenser was really dirty and quit running, he worked quickly to get us back up and running but also explained to me what he was doing and the usual maintenance needs, which was really helpful as a first time home owner. Efficient is my go to.

Reliant's tech Evan immediately came out, calmed my Stressed-Out wife who found water dropping from the ceiling and identified what was wrong (leak from water heater supply pipe in the attic). Yuri came in and did a masterful job heading up the installation of a new tankless water heater in no time at all, with the help of Dillon & Sam. Truly Satisfied with their work!

Lakeway plumbing came out in January of 2018 to fix a leak near the meter of my water line. Six months later the line was leaking again and they came out and said it was not leaking there and said I had a slab leak and should redo my entire plumbing. I called another company and when they came out the found the line leaking in the same place as the previous repair. Lakeway plumbing has refused to reimburse the cost of the original fix. Bad repair and bad service.

Two Austin firefighters who built a great business that provides a great niche service of cleaning out tankless water heaters. Booked online. Johnny showed up on time. Once he cleaned my tankless heater he texted me the condition heater along with pictures of his service.

Sam and Mike were very professional and patient to explain all the services and recommendations. Actually performed some more service (with approval) to save time down the road for a different crew. Highly recommend Strand Brothers for continued HVAC service.

Stephen came out to offer a quote to install a water filter for the home. He was on time and professional and explained the possible options and potential costs. They also worked on our rental home a few weeks ago and did an excellent job at a reasonable cost fixing the shower. After knowing the owner for a few years I feel confident that he is trustworthy and fair.
