When Jason and Lorenzo arrived on site they explained fully what they were going to do and how the insurance process worked. They were very professional and pleasant. During the process they communicated with me about the work they were doing. By the end of the repair I understood fully the work they accomplished and there were no surprises. Both Jason and Lorenzo went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. My repair was top quality and was completed by experts. Jason and Lorenzo are top notch.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

We needed help turning on our water heater and they showed us how and taught us some stuff about our new home. Very nice and helpful!

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. As well as all of my family. Thank you so much David Moore, David Steele, and of course Noah.

Charles and Matthew came and fixed a leaking sink for me at the last minute right before we left on vacation. They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Charles even gave me some tips to save money on my gas and electricity bill while I'm out of town. Very pleased with the service.
