Over the years Ben has come to our home to help me with specific problems. One essential for a plumber is how to use a shovel, and he can dig ditches with finesse, and speed and lots of laughter! (Digging ghost potatoes). He is also innovative in dealing with unforseen problems as they arise, using what is at hand to eliminate (sometimes dangerous) situations. (Blowing up yellow jackets) His zest for life is always apparent, (PBT sandwiches), and I look forward to having him come soon, to install a hand held shower for me. Gma Becky

Everything from the initial call , setting up the appointment, communicating arrival of John was professional all the way. John took the time to explain all of my options which was greatly appreciated

I live in far South Austin and was lucky that a plumber was finishing up in San Marcos right as I called. Frank was very polite. Put shoe covers on each time he entered the house. Diagnosed the leak problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. I am a member of the networking group BNI and that’s how I found them. So glad I did. Highly recommend!

They do good quality work and show up at appointments. They need to work on making their quotations and invoices more precise by using building terminology consistently. I wish they were less expensive, but this is Austin. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in Austin.

This rave review is belated, but I just want to sincerely thank Capital City Plumbing and Drain, and especially Ryan, for doing such great work. We were concerned that we had a pipe collapse and that we would need to completely replace our old cast iron plumbing. That day will come, but for now the problem ended up just being a blockage. Ryan devoted serious time and effort to carefully investigating the problem, and then clearing the blockage. We are really thankful for his patience and focus and expertise! Capital City was also a fantastic company to communicate with. They were clear, prompt and efficient with texts and phone calls. Thank you so much again.

Jeff came to our house on time for a tankless water heater quote and explained everything very clearly. On the day of installation, Jeff and Ted did everything perfectly. Jeff is also very responsive for follow up questions. So far I am a happy customer.

Steven did a great good showing me and explaining what he was doing. They came on a Sunday and showed up in 2 hours and was on time. Moderately priced. Not real cheap but it will probably be worth it. I hope. I would use them again

I've used Moore and Moore for over 15 years. Their reliability and professionalism is the reason I have never opted to go with anyone else. David is very knowledgeable and has been able to repair anything that has needed repair.

I had a plumbing backup on a Saturday morning and was really happy to know that someone from Plumb Quick could come out that day without charging me an after-hours rate. Kortez and I kept in touch via cell phone while he took care of other plumbing emergencies and we ran errands. He got to my house mid afternoon and cleared up the clogged line. We were so glad we didn't have to pay an extremely high price and/or deal with stopped up plumbing for the entire weekend.

Called Al Mac out after I got a high estimate on hooking up the gas supply to my outdoor pool heater from another plumbing company. Alex gave me an estimate that was more than $500 cheaper and noted that the other plumber was not gonna be using the right gas size either. Had Alex do the job and couldn’t be happier. Charged for the estimate, did not provide an itemized quote and wanted $375 for a 1 hour job that required no parts. Will never use again. That said they did fix the problem, the work was of good quality and the plumbers were professional. But $375 an hour for an estimate and repair is an unreasonable price for what should be expected of a reputable plumbing company.

Water heater replacement was timely and cost-effective. Superlative service from an honest professional. Would highly recommend!

My second experience with O&M: both have been outstanding. Plumbing is one of those things you hope not to have to require but it's sure nice to know, if you do need a plumber, O&M is there. Keep up the good work.

When the Air conditioner was blowing my bathroom sink had air coming out; I called turbo and they sent Damian, eh is a great tech, very professional. He checked on my unit and fixed, he also found some other things that were not working properly and helped me out.
