We had a major league sewer problem with sewage backing up into our downstairs bathroom. We called our normal plumbing service, we had to wait 2 days for them to get us scheduled, and they were not able to fix the problem. Then we called Rooter Man. They were there with a couple of hours, fixed the immediate problem of clearing the blockage and then showed us the bigger problem via camera. The full fix required replacing damaged sewer pipes. That was late Friday afternoon , they had an estimate to us by Monday AM, and they began work early Tuesday. They had the whole thing fixed in around a half day even though the problem was worse than they originally thought and required them to go to the store to buy additional material. Dave and Eddie did a great job - they really know their stuff, and the work was done in much less time than we expected. I highly recommend Rooterman

The first experience started really shaken with Roto Rooter. The first two technicians were not qualified and lacked experience in how to properly access the situation. Not to mention they damaged two pipes under my house.However, things turned around when Jason T Henderson showed up. You could tell he was head and shoulders ahead with his knowledge. Being in construction myself, Jason did not try to pull any bull and took the repair by the horns. He did a thorough job. Roto Rooter is lucky to have Jason on staff because his knowledge and experience definitely saved Roto Rooter a nice backcharge from myself. Jason worked with me to get the bill correct as all of the damage was done by the inexperience of the first two technicians.Ask for Jason T Henderson if you want the job done correctly. Thank you Jason for getting the job done right. There are still good plumbers out there and Jason is one of them.

My grandmother felt servicemen Jayson, was very professional . He seemed to really be an expert at what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself which is very courteous as in these times people will just leave after their service. Jayson kept her up to date with his arrival.

The tech, Jeremy Bo was super friendly and walked us through the problems. He was able to quickly point out the problem and provide a resolution. Would recommend Goettl to anybody looking for a quick turnaround this summer.

Jose and Justin with ARS came out to install a brand new water heater. They were both very courteous, professional and explained the process to me very thoroughly. I really appreciated their time and expertise. They worked well as a team, very careful and cleaned up the work area afterwards. Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
