Scheduling was an issue! Yesterday I was contacted by ARS and scheduled the date and time; 15 minutes later I received a call from ARS saying that I would have to re-schedule because the schedule was full. At that moment I could not re-schedule, so told her to call me the next day. Then today, instead of a call to re-schedule, I received a text from ARS saying the technician was on the way. Our schedule was open so we were able to have the service, but your communication between scheduling and dispatch departments is in need of repair!Your technician, Troy Konopik, was excellent! I hope he will be the tech for our a/c maintenance.
