We had a small leak that we couldn’t find the source of. Curtis K. from Rooter-Man came and helped us out. We were texted an arrival time and photo so we knew right when he’d show up and who he was. After reviewing our problem, Curtis explained our options and didn’t pressure us into making a decision. He found the source of the leak and made sure we understood what needed to happen. When he was done he did a good job of cleaning up and making sure we were satisfied.

City ID'ed a 1.3 GPM leak when reading my meter.Called RR and the service techs arrived about an hour after later. They explained the standard fee to find & repair a leak in the service line to the house. They were able to identify the source of the leak with their listening equipment and had it dug up in about 20 min after they arrived. A 45 degree elbow in the line to the house had cracked due to the soil shifting (21YO house). They repaired the break; let the pipe glue dry, verified that it would hold, and then filled in the (small) hole in the lawn. Very professional and courteous. The price was steep (~ $900), but worth the the quick turnaround . It is so easy to take functioning plumbing for granted...until it is not functioning plumbing.

I needed my sewer line cleared & Stephen did a great job. He was friendly & efficient. AAA Auger is very upfront about their pricing, which I appreciated. Just booked them for another repair :)

We called ARS because of plumbing issues and came to realize that we had a break in our main line. ARS cleared our line a few times and worked with me to give an estimate on what the repair would cost, approx $6000. We called a few other companies for estimates but ended up choosing ARS because they seemed the most professional and trust worthy. Scheduling the process to begin and making the initial payment was the only part that has been easy. From the time we started the repair Sept. 18' trying to get in contact with anyone at ARS about our repair work status has been impossible. I was told the excavation would begin on two separate days and both weeks, nobody showed up or called to let us know. Once the repair began the entire process was on going until December 18' while the huge pile of dirt and concrete sat on our front yard for months. I continued to call to try to get in touch with someone who could tell me when the repair work would be finished and not once did I receive a call back without having to reach out again. Once the repair was supposedly completed, I was never contacted or notified, the hole was just back filled one day. I started calling again to reach someone to receive the video of the repair work and warranty paperwork. I didn't received a call back until February when they called to follow up for the final payment. I called back the same day and was told someone would call me regarding the warranty and video and never heard back. I have since called 4 more times without a call back.I called again and finally spoke with someone who said they would be mailing the warranty paperwork. When scheduling the repair, I was told that ARS isn't held responsible for any damage to landscaping which is understandable, however if the job had not taken 3 months to complete there would have likely not been any damage. We now have had to replace our grass in the front yard where the pile sat.The entire experience has been a headache and nightmare. I would expect a little more attention to customer's especially when the repair isn't a cheap job by any means.

I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s. When it was mounted it was not level so the drawer kept falling out. Chris came out to fix that. Well, it is level and I am happy the drawer doesn’t fall out but now the dishwasher is no longer in the cabinet.

I was hoping that my tankless water heater, which was damaged during the Big Freeze, could be repaired. Dennis did his best to diagnose the issue and obtain the parts. The manufacturer sent the wrong parts more than once, then finally admitted they no longer stock the needed parts. With no repair possible, Dennis replaced my water heater quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with this company! We contacted Austin area plumbing because my sellers had a sewer backup a week before closing. Even though it was an after hours call we had a return call quickly and had a technician out the next morning. The quote for repair was very fair and the technician explained in detail what the charges would be before he started.As a realtor, we rely heavily on the trades during the sale of a home and Austin Area Plumbing is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone!

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
