Best Air Conditioning Replacement in Austin TX

Texas winter storm broke water pipe in attic.
Resulted in no water. Radiant promised date & time, tech arrived on time and fixed the problem to my expectation.

Daniel's has a great team of friendly professionals who do what they say they're going to do, show up when they say they will, and do a great job! I've used them a couple times and will definitely call them again when I need to. Highly recommend!

Just had Chris from A&T come out to look at my toilets. He was very kind and professional. He found the issue I was having with one of the toilets and then rebuilt another toilet for me. Did it in a timely manner, and stuck around to make sure everything was working with me. He also took the time to answer several unrelated plumbing questions I had including checking out the shower drain. I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done, so I don't know pricing well, but I thought it was a fair price. I will be using A&T again for whatever my next plumbing need ends up being.

Josh is absolutely the best from Dayton AC. He is very professional, polite, and was able to resolve my issue in a couple of hours. He also gave me some great advice a new air conditioner unit when the time comes. I would highly recommend him if you need someone to come take a look for a fair and honest assessment.

One of our a/c units hasn’t been able to cool our living area. I called Stan’s Heating and Air to schedule a service call. Given the record temps (after all, it’s July in Austin, TX), I’m sure these a/c technicians have their work cut out for them — long HOT days dealing with understandably cranky customers who just want to cool down. Enter Luis, a cheerful guy who went straight to work diagnosing the problem and listing out my options. He did what he could to recharge our system and told me that a replacement valve needed to be ordered. Straightforward, prompt, effective service with a kind smile. I am breathing a sigh of relief since things could have been much worse (and more expensive). Thanks Luis and Stan’s for coming through for me!

Thank you again to the folks from Fox. I have been a customer for several years now and relied on them more than once. The person taking my call was so friendly and helpful even though they must have had many calls from concerned customers. I had an emergency and a technician came the same day. He was able to identify a hazardous situation related to a down power line on my roof ! Brandon answered all my questions and gave me advice what to do. (and NOT DO !) until the City can come out. Our 40 gallon gas hot water heater died on us, and we decide to replace it with a Navien gas tankless water heater. The original was located in a dedicated closet in the laundry room. Plenty of room for it, but a problem came up on the day installation was scheduled. There was no place for the required pan drain to go, since the closet is located toward the middle of the house. A pan was required to meet the new code.ARS Plummer, Thomas came up with an alternate plan in just a few minutes. There was plenty of room for the installation in the attic above the closet. The water and gas lines were already within five feet of where the tankless unit would be installed. A bonus to relocating to the attic was that there was already an electrical outlet installed within three feet of the location. If it had been installed in the closet, a new electrical run would need to be installed, costing an additional $450.00.From my perspective, the install went very well and was done in a timely, safe and very professional manner. I would be happy to show this installation to any of my visitors. Yeah I know - who in there right mind shows their household plumbing to their visitors!!Thomas is a good representative of ARS and is meticulous in his work, but not to the point of being slow at it. The finished product meets my high standards. I worked for a natural gas pipeline company for 33 years. Twenty five of those years in management of processing facilities. I know quality when I see it.I highly recommend ARS and Thomas for your plumbing requirements.

Used Angies list to find them and was going to take advantage of a 99.00 coupon for service. Ended up being a much bigger job with a Freon leak in the coil that would require replacement of coil and new Freon to recharge the system. My service tech Arthur had some real challenges with this job from getting a new everapator coil to having to disassemble the housing to get it through the opening for the attic where he had to put it. He called me from the supply house to let me know what was happening and why it was taking so long to get the replacement coil. Had another tech Ernest come help him to get it up into the attic. Arthur spent all day and didn'r finish till about 8.00 pm he kept me informed and worked non stop till it was done. Was a good sized bill this type of work has gotten expensive but didn't mind paying the amount after it was done and that was due to the service Arthur provided I felt he had given me excellent service and follow through. You truly get what you pay for in today's economy. Will use this company again if needed and Will ask for Arthur or Ernest to perform the service call. Kudos to Efficient for having employees like Arthur who provide their customers such outstanding customer service and make you realize why things cost so much to fix as you need to pay to get the right employee..

Mike L. came out because of the free tune up offered by my electric company TXU Energy. As a new homeowner, I didn't know what to expect but Mike was very polite and patient with all of the questions that I had.After a quick and efficient check up of my AC and heating system, he gave me a full report including all of the unit label information and the diagnosis ratings and readings complete with photographs of each one. He also let me know about the shortcomings of the system, and general estimates of each repair/upgrade.I look forward to working with Mike L. again soon and the others at Strand Brothers who I hear are just as knowledgeable and efficient.

Used them for our sat location, very good communication, efficient work. Didn't gouge us like others have in the past. Was always something new discovered, not with these guys, quote, job, pay, no surprises. I don't like surprises.
