Got charged $400 to find a leak in the system. Technician did not find any leak and proceeded to charge 800 to do another test and talked about that it would cost in the arena of 3000s for the repair which is additional to this diagnosis told him to leave. Save your money, I paid $500 for nothing.

What started out as a small problem developed to being a larger problem which was identified by APC as they proceeded into the repair work. They patiently worked through until all problems were resolved. I appreciate their sticking to resolution & perfecting the issues.I highly recommend this company for their service and honesty.

I can't say I know if the service is good or not, because they didn't show up. I live just north of Georgetown and provided an adress when scheduling an appointment. They told me they serviced my area, and gave me an appointment time. I waited for 5 hours today, only for no one to show up. I called and they told me I wasn't in their service area, and that someone called and canceled my appointment. No one called, texted or emailed me to cancel though. Horrible customer serviceI'm glad I didn't spend money on such a dishonest, horrible company
