Absolutely horrible experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I was charged for 15K for digging and replace a section of the water pipe from the meter to the house. The technician said it's expensive because they had to get an arborist. However, no arborist was actually used when I talked with the manager. I agreed to pay at the time because gallons of water was leaking and I needed this to be taken care of quickly. The tenant living at the property observed the technician sitting in the truck most of the days that he was supposed to work. When I talked to the manager about it, the manager got defensive and said he wanted to make sure the technician was being safe and taking adequate breaks. If you do go with Radiant, make sure you are very detailed about the contract/quote they give you so you don't get screwed for thinking you are getting something when you might actually not. Also, these guys forgot to schedule a follow up inspection with the city of Round Rock for about a month and left the trench uncovered (see photos of the trench a month after the pipe replacement). I tried calling the permit department at Radiant and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I had to contact the inspection department of the city of Round Rock to get this scheduled. Absolute abysmal service for the amount of money charged. Never giving my money to these guys again.

The service was excellent, the expectations and pricing for the job were very clear prior to starting. They were safe and effective, clearly knew what they were doing. Also friendly and kept me informed during the job, answered every question I had. I would recommend them to friends and plan to use their services in the future based on the quality of this first interaction.

I called Fox Service to come out to take a look at our A/C unit that was making a strange sound as well as leaking water. I was told a timeframe between2-6. I received a call within minutes, saying our rep could arrive in 30 mins. Scott Bandy was our service rep and couldn’t have been friendlier. He quickly diagnosed the issues at hand and provided solutions. Scott ran through initial pricing and allowed me to process everything while he went to his truck to get his tools. Upon his return he provided me with a promo Fox was running that would saved us over 50%. We accepted the promo and Scott quickly went to work. He finished in a timely manner, fixing the issues at hand. Scott went out of his way to ensure we had a positive experience, and even assisted us with a quick, “non” A/C issue. Great experience. I was very skeptical because I had had bad experiences with other companies, but my neighbor recommended them and it was perfect, nice prices, very kind thecnicians, now I will recommend this company to every one that has as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning problem.

When ARS showed up they were extremely professional, and they asked me to show them the various spots they would be working on. During the installation, they had to ask various questions. Every time, they were professionally courteous. When it came time to review the installation, and walked me through all the parts of it.I was brought up to believe you can tell the quality of someone's work by what they left behind, not just what they did. When the team left, I found one small screw and an extremely small piece of copper piping. The only other evidence that they were even here was the fact that my air conditioner and heater were installed and working perfectly.

My technician Wes, was courteous and very knowledgeable. He took time to not only educate me on my current situation but was willing to answer other pluming & HVAC questions that I had as well. I was grateful that Wes acted as a trusted advisor and not a salesman. I felt like he had my family’s best interest in mind. It is clear that this company and its employees take a long term approach as the service was excellent and the cost was lower than their competitors. Thank you for a great experience!!!

*Had a gas leak. Gas company shut EVERYTHING off on Tuesday. Strand came out Wednesday afternoon. Work was done Thursday afternoon. Too late for inspector. OK. They will be out Friday for sure. Well, It is Friday. NOTHING.Call the office to find out what the issue is. Aubrey knows nothing and admits as such when asked point blank. Other than, You are not in the queue and they will get back to me next week. Really? The plumber, Nick, specifically told me the inspector was to be out today. Friday. Not sometime next week. If there was not a chance that inspection would be done today, contingency plans could have been made.Missed work to be here today for the inspector that never came. So now here I sit, no hot water, stove or heater until, sometime next week.Poor customer service, lackadaisical at best. Especially when they have already been paid. On that note, was double charged and had to send them proof? One would expect in this day and age they would be able to verify the error without me having to send them a screenshot of the double charge as proof.Still waiting for an invoice to be sent. Apparently, that was also a business promise that wasn't able to be kept either.* Rating may change based on follow up sometime next week

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

Had my maintenace done on our HVAc system and discovered we needed a new blower. It was done professionally, on time and by an expert. Had a clogged drain and they also came out to fix that. We have been very please with Christianson's service and will continue to use them.

So disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients.I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly.Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices.They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.
