Very pleased with the service from Bryant Electric, they were on time, quoted me the price ahead of time and the technician (Shawn Jones) was courteous, wore dust protectors on his shoes every time he entered our home and finished the job with all the necessary parts available on his truck. I tried to solve the plumbing problem by myself following the advice of a friend but I damaged more pipes in my house, I was really suspicious to call an unknown company but I just came across turbo plumbing and they solved everything in a very short time.

APC was recommended for remodeling electrical work when we moved to Austin in 2010. Since then, APC has serviced our AC/ heating unit annually at our home and also a rental home. They have done a number of electrical upgrades and fixed any problems we've had over the past 7 years. All work has been promptly scheduled, priced reasonably, and no work has ever required an additional visit. I highly recommend them.

I was really disappointed in the level of service that they provided. First they charge a $85 service call fee just for coming to your location which I understand in fairly common, but then they wanted to charge me over $500 to replace a capacitor that costs less than $50 and only takes around five minutes to replace. I ended up doing it myself and cost me $35 for the capacitor and around 30 minutes of my time. I own five houses and will never do business with them again.
