In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly. Bruce Hartsfield is “bar none” the BEST plumber in NE Florida. He is so good he Is busy all the time but makes every effort to get to you just as quick as he can. He is the only one we trust with complex and difficult plumbing issues. This is for anything but especially commercial and high rise residential. When he retires I will have to also as don’t know who I can trust like him. He is excellent!PM

I'm truly happy to have hired JT Public Service & Repair LLC to replace shower valve, tub drain and outside water valves. Price affordable called many company's for repairs their cost bet out other company's. Thanks to them I can take a shower and enjoy my new shower set. I had a shower valve go bad that was put in by bathplanet. It was warrantied so i called them. Rock solid plumbing is associated with them so they sent them out. The plumber showed up and looked in my shower. He didnt even take the face plate off to look at the valve. He told me he could change the cartridge but might damage the valve doing that. He said he needed to make a call. Comes back in and tells me i need to call Mowen so they could send me a new valve. He said they could come back after i called mowen and the new valves arrived. I asked why was i not told this 8 days earlier when i made the appointment. He said let me make a call. He went out to his truck and left. I tried to order a new valve from mowen. Mowen said it should probably just be the cartridge. They sent me a new cartridge no questions asked. I had a different plumber replace the valve and it was cheaper than rock solid was going to charge me

Pipe Works just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. The job was brilliantly done, even the city inspector remarked on the quality. The team added features that were overlooked in the original plumbing, like an easily accessible global shut off valve. The team were on-time, professional, and hard working. Very respectful and careful with my things. And good at explaining their plan, changes made, and the rationale for what they did. I highly recommend.

Very VERY rude management. When owning and managing a business, one must learn to be kind and caring towards customers and also POTENTIAL customers. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER. pick literally anywhere else- it is my constitutional right to freedom of speech and i will continue to practice that right i have. i do live at the same house and the way you and your company treated my family is HORRIBLE. look at all of the reviews you have on Google, they all say the same thing. Your company is very unprofessional and not a good company to work with. Not only are you guys a horrible company, but you are also very illiterate and half the time it is hard to understand what your responses are trying to say. You’ve contacted my family on private numbers to harass us for leaving truthful reviews, which we only left two. I will be contacting the BBB for calling on private numbers and harassing us. the owner gets drink and calls and yells at customers.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.

I had a complete bathroom remodel and they installed the bathtub and plumbing. Every time we took a bath, the ceiling below the tub got stained from the leak. They came out and said they fixed it. We were hrsitant to use the tub again. Recently we did, and now it is leaking heavily again. When I inquired about the warranty with the company, the office assistant was very unprofessional, made rude remarks and did not take any accountability. I am stuck with taking care of their faulty work and damages.
