Avoid at all costs! Utterly immoral and unprofessional operation. Apparently, they think every plumbing repair should cost $1000. Had one pinhole leak in a pipe under my house and that's what I was quoted, a day after another property with a leaking showing I was quoted almost the same. Then, after I told their tech to get lost, he cussed me out.

I called on a Sunday afternoon to schedule a service call due to a leak. The company promptly sent a technician out the next morning. Daniel, the technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to explain his findings. This was my first time using Roto-Rooter but it won't be the last!

We were referred to Bob's Backflow by some friends as we needed our backflow replaced due to the old one rusting out. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they handle everything to make sure it's compliant, the technician was in and out in about an hour and was very professional. Good people and honest

Do not trust these guys I'm a customer of American home shield our water heater broke through corrosion. American home shield was all set to cover the new water heater and the labor. these guys tried to charge us $600 to modify pipes that did not need modification. My second opinion plumber did the job without modifying the pipes these guys will try to take you for every penny that they can they will do unnecessary work if you let them.

This is the slowest bunch of people ever. They left a 10 foot long hole in my front yard for over a week. I have small grand kids and this was an extreme hazard . The work was done but they never finished and covered the hole. A 2 day job took over 2 weeks. Monday the worker showed up at 10am, work 1 hour, went for more parts, finally came back at 1:30 and worked for 1.5 hours and left. He was suppose to finish today, suppose to be here at 9 but didn't show up until after 10 am, they work 1.5 hours, went to lunch at 11:30 and didn't come back until 2:30 (3 hour lunch). They are VERY over priced for the Quality of work. I will NEVER use them nor would I recommend them to anyone. A 2 day job took over 2 weeks. I lost over 7 days of vacation for a 2 day job. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!
