Best Hot Water Heater in Jacksonville FL

I had quite a bit of work done in February of 2019. Jacob did an exceptional job. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had to call them again recently. Eric came out and fixed my leaking toilet.I had to call them again recently when it appeared that I had a plumbing problem. The problem was that my septic tank was backed up. The guy with Jacob dug up the ground where the lid to my septic tank was. Jacob put a metal rod that was like a needle, but thicker down into it and told me it was full without having to remove the lid.I called the septic tank company that he recommended as I had just had my septic tank pumped out October 31, 2019 and it shouldn't have been full making me think the company that I used didn't do a good job. I called the service he recommended and was told it would be a week before they could get to me. Jacob called the office and asked them to call the septic tank company and ask for an immediate appointment for me. They got two men from that company to come out that day and pump out my septic tank.I found out that I had a problem because the inspector from the Department of Health came out to inspect the drain lines of my septic tank. He told me when I called the plumber to tell them to bring lime salt for the sewage that had leaked out. Jacob brought one bag, but he didn't think I had as much sewage leaked out as I did.I recently had spinal surgery. I have a 20 lb weight limit on what I can lift. Under normal circumstances, I could have gone to Home Depot or Lowes and bought more lime salt myself. I just couldn't do it with my weight restriction. I called Harry Hayes back and explained the problem. They went and bought a 50 lb bag of lime salt and had a man bring it out to my house that same day and spread it out for me as I had to do the cleanup of the sewage with the lime salt ASAP for the inspector.Overall, Harry Hayes Plumbing went above and beyond for me. Their prices are fair and competitive with current market prices for plumbers. I will only use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Turner Plumbing did an awesome job on our total repipe/replumbing job ! We were disappointed that we had to do this being the house is only 14 years old but if anything good came from the experience it was dealing with the folks at Turner. Very considerate and professional. On the job as scheduled and finished sooner than expected. Even the guy who came to patch the necessary holes in the sheetrock did an amazing job! all we had left to do when it was over was paint! I'll use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

We were lucky to get Mike, master plumber, and James, his partner, to fix a problem with our clawfoot that had been dragging on for 2 years. Mike made it easy and put together the right assembly for us. James worked from under the house to make sure the connections were right and tight. They even replaced the weak screw on our access. Mike had to make a trip back to get the part we wanted and was fast. Melinda and Tabitha in customer service are both professional and helpful. They were able to get to us fast despite heavy demand. These guys are what you want. Thank you for a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Lettow is reliable, honest, very reasonably priced, quick on responding either call or text, exceptional work and great staff. I met Mr. Lettow on the 2nd job. Came out to repair/clean a main waste line. They showed me the issue (see pic) with their impressive pipe inspection technology and remedied the situation using a partial pipe replacement and pipe cleaning approach. Really enjoyed working with the team and appreciated their service. They also enlighten me to the layout of the piping underneath the house which will be helpful intel for future remodel considerations.

Pretty rude is the impression I just go from my encounter with them.

I stumbled upon Woody when I was in need a an emergency repair. He answered the call right away. Very professional and knowledgeable! He made everything go seamlessly and put me at ease. This is a long review but I feel all the facts need to be stated. We just moved to Jacksonville less than 30 days ago and am still in the process of updating my local vendor list for plumbers, electricians, etcI had a Moen shower faucet stem that broke off when it was being turned off on Thursday evening. I looked online at several YouTube videos and it seemed like a pretty simple fix whereby you take out the cartridge and replace it with a new one. I didn't want to try this out myself as I may damage it further and I thought it would cost between $150 to $250 to fix.I called David Gray Plumbing on Friday morning and they were able to get a plumber out here the same day afternoon to take a look at it.He first told me that he would need to replace the entire joint fixture and for that he would need to break the shower cubicle tile. I suggested that I would prefer if he didn't break any tiles and then he said that he could go in through the sheet rock at the back. He quoted me at first approx $1800. I told him this was more than I had thought it would cost. I also told him that I felt he was replacing the entire engine rather than just the spark plug.I then told him that I would need to get another opinion from different vendors before I proceeded with a decision. I'm GLAD I did. Before he left he gave me an updated quote to fix the issue which included tearing out the sheet rock and fixing the issue which came to $1500+.I contacted another local plumber (Herzer's Plumbing) that same afternoon who has been in business for 60+ years. They were able to schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. Glenn came out here Monday around noon and within 25 minutes he was able to take the broken cartridge out with his experience and ingenuity.He then replaced it with a new cartridge (without breaking any tiles, sheet rock or anything else). He was done in 45 minutes and I was charged a reasonable $265. BIG DIFFERENCE in price and I don't have to now re-plaster the wall and have it repainted either.Thought I would share my experience with everyone.
