I called this company at 7am on a Saturday because all the drains were clogged in one of my rental properties. Customer support (Brandon) sent a plumber at 8am to the property and notified the tenant for arrival timeframe. The plumber Steve arrived on-site, was VERY professional with the tenants and immediately restored water flow to the property after identifying the main issue. I then get a call from Samantha from the finance department to explain the findings and collect payment. Since then, I have been calling this company for every plumbing/drain cleaning problem I have with my rental properties. I am impressed by the quality of work and personalized attention they provide to clients. Super satisfied with this company. Would recommend 100% for any plumbing work needed.

We have used Lettow Plumbing twice and each time they have been prompt, polite, cheerful and honest. Just so easy to have in my home... And the guys even took their shoes off before coming in my home and I didn't even have to ask them to do that!

What I appreciate is how they care about leaving my kitchen clean and neat after the job.

I contacted Steven's Plumbing last week after reading the reviews. Steven called me back within one day and agreed to work me into his busy schedule over the next week or two. Steven took the time to explain in detail what possible outside faucet replacements that I could use. I found him to be very honest and patient during the repair job.

Called to get an estimate for replacing a constant hot water system. Quote was good, agent was thorough and knowledgeable. Will be using them for my project!

They were very professional. Both when I called to request an estimate and when the actual work was performed. The tech who actually performed the install was very detail oriented and friendly to boot. Showed up on time and stayed until all work was completed and work area cleaned up.
