He explained everything to me in a professional manner and helped me understand that our next step would be to get a camera sent down our drain. AJ was amazing. Had my septic tank pumped. Educated me on the process and as they were putting the lod back on the bolts had rusted so he went to his truck got some new bolts and screwed everything back down secure. Definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

I call these people to replace a pipe in the bathroom that had absolutely nothing wrong with it in the end all he did was put in a stopper and punch the pin hole in my. This cost me $400 and did absolutely nothing. My mistake for calling him

We received a recommendaion and quote for over $14,000 from the company we have been using for our house and our rentals for over 5 years...we had some concerns, so we decided to get a second opinion from Aldridge & Sons, and we are so glad we did! Turns out we did not need the replumbing done! They saved us a lot of money! They were so nice, professional and honest! We will use them and recommend them to everyone we know!!!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

I had four A/C companies in and Snyder was the only one to recommend very expensive duct work.I have been trying to cancel my contract with no response, the first time in December 27, 2022.The Customer Service people are nice, but unless they're booking an appointment, not overly helpful

They were the only company to respond to our emergency call for HVAC repair. The woman on the phone was very sweet, and offered some helpful advice and things we could try while waiting for the service. Our technician’s name was James and he was knowledgeable, on-time and very professional. The cost of services was more than reasonable for the level of expertise and the amount of work we had done.

We have had two technicians for two separate issues. Both were competent, professional, friendly, and did quality work. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs from here forward.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
