We were collecting estimates for a full replumb, and it was becoming urgent. The estimator (Mark) laid out a plan to do the work in several stages. Then he got Frank out here really fast to fix our immediate problems. We are SO pleased with the service!

These guys were on time and fixed our problem in a timely manner... They were very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable... We had another company come out like 4 other times and we still end up with the same problem. Roto Rooter came and found out the problem and fixed it all in 1 hour. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!!!!!?

I was charged 260$ for a tripped breaker. 110$ dispatch fee which was fair. But they also charged me 150$ for turning on the tripped breaker. I will never do business with Donovan Air again.

I called Griffin on a Saturday morning when we had discovered that the bedroom carpet adjacent to the bathroom was completely soaked with water. Griffin sent Randy out that afternoon. He quickly ruled out a slab leak and began to determine where to cut a hole in the drywall to attempt to find the leak. He cut one, perfectly rectangular, hole in the wall and found that the leak was coming from a pinhole in the toilet water supply line. Then he cut one more small hole in the wall to access the PVC pipe and fix the leak. The work took him about an hour to complete. I would definitely recommend Griffin plumbing services and Randy as well.

Flamingo/ Gator Septic performed the installation of the septic system in our rental in the Vilano Beach/ St Augustine area at lower price than the companies in the area and on time. Jason and his team were very professional and responsible.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
