Glad I waited for Charles to arrive. Had a clogged main line and last week another service “cleared” it to have only clog again days later. Found Duck Duck Rooter online and based my call on their reviews. I waited throughout the day, Charles arrived and walked me through the potential problems, started with vacuuming out, plunging and then snaking 25’ down from the sink line. No luck. He found our clean-out port (I had no idea we even had one or where it was) and determined where the blockage originated. Charles then went onto our (steeply-pitched roof) and ran the 65-foot snake from our roof-top vent down through our entire main drainpipe and cleared the stoppage. If you call Duck Duck Rooter make sure to ask for Charles.

We had a crazy stubborn grease clog We tried everything on YouTube videos and did the ice trick and worked on it hard for 3 days and Johnny came and had it done in 30 minutes, He was very professional and fun to work with and gave us some really good pointers and we will definitely work with him again!!

I have known Bill and his wife for many years. They are great people and his company is a direct comparison. Aldridge and Sons Plumbing has done work on a older home we have off San Jose and have been excellent. They let you know up front what the cost will be and then provide excellent work and service. I had been without hot water in most of my house since shortly after moving in to my house and Florida. I waited one week for a call back from one plumber, and another week from another. I was given Norman Plumbing from my next door neighbor AND landscaping company owner. I checked them out online, they called me almost immediately and were here in no more than 2 hours. (Friday). I was contacted Monday to follow up and assured I would receive a service recommendation later today (Monday). So far, better than good.

Called to question the recent installation of my American Standard A/C unit which was recently installed by Griffin A/C Systems. They sent someone within one hour of my call!! Excellent customer service!! Joe did a great job of testing the home temperature vs what my thermostat was reading. Everything checked out correctly. Thank you for such prompt service!

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.

We used this company for some plumbling issues we were having. They were quick to respond and send someone out. I am very happy with the services provided and they were very fair in the price and even came down after some confusion on the bill. They were extremely polite the entire process and I am impressed with the entire staff all the way from the plumber to the receptionist on the phone. I reccommend them!

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
