Fernando was amazing. He came to repair our leak to An outside pipe. He not only explained what was happening to the pipe but he talked me through what he was going to do. I would definitely ask for Fernando next time we have any issues. He was prompt, polite & didn’t mind my nosey toddlers :)

This is the company to use! We had another company out to remedy a situation and they were here for two entire workdays. Four days later the issue still existed. We called Rotorooter and they came out the same day we called, fixed the problem and did it in less than an hour. Flat rate prices, not hourly work. Highly recommend. We will be using them exclusively from here forward.

They are great. They didn't just pump outour septic tank, but they also stirred it up so they could get all the sand and material stuck on the bottom to clear up more space. Great group of guys, 5 ☆ crew. We look forward to using them again in the future.

Price not right

Everything was professional way done.On time and Clean work.

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

He arrived on time and gave a professional appearance. He performed his tasks efficiently and was respectful of our home.He was thorough and completed the work promptly.We are always satisfied with the quality of service from Snyder heating and air.

Austin modernized six of our electrical outlets quickly and efficiently. He demonstrated how to use the safety features. Austin listened to what we needed and made it happen. Good Job!

I own several rental properties that have septic tanks outside. I was a little skeptical at first when choosing what company I wanted to help me for the properties.I love the fact that Scott doesn’t try to upsell you on any products and he explained several different options to me when I had concerns for pricing. I felt he really had my best interest in mind.His crew was on time and also cleaned up well when the job was finished. I definitely recommend Gator Well & Septic for everyone you will not be disappointed!!!

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.

No timeliness in the answering service on a weekend call for service though the service provider lists itself as a 24hr 7day a week company. This said I don't know how good or bad the actual company is. Never got to use them. There answering service nixed that opportunity!

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
