We have used Turner Plumbing on multiple projects. They have re-piped five residences, installed hot water heaters, dish washers, shower fixtures as well as different types of sinks/faucets for the kitchen and bathroom. They have been very good about working us in on short notice. We have been delighted with their professionalism, punctuality and especially appreciate that the plumbers are clean, courteous and very polite.That is hard to find in the construction industry.We definitely will use them again and again and highly recommend them!!

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

Was trying to install a bidet but there was a tiny leak (due to a cross thread I didn’t realize at the time). In trying to fix it, my hand slipped and hit the pipe running into the wall behind the toilet and snapped. I called almost 10 different plumbers buy Kingdom was the only one who was available and able to get to me quickly (within an hour and a half on a Saturday night). Jason was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. The situation definitely sucked but he helped me understand the problems, the solutions, and how to handle all of the next steps (dealing with insurance and such, potential dangerous like mold ect). Price was cheaper than expected as well. All this while it was absolutely pouring outside. Overall, service was exceptional and I will rely on them for any future plumbing needs.

David was awesome he fixed the TPR valve on my water heater. He was professional, quick and didn't try to sell me anything else. Also the receptionist Rene, is awesome. She recommended an A/C guy that was way better than a big name company i had worked with a few days earlier. I recommend them to anyone.

Wish I could give no stars at all!!! My bathroom has more issues than before!! Do yourself a favor and call elsewhere

Update #2: DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! they never called me so I called them this morning. After a long hold I was told a manager would call me back. I also learned that the response from the “owner” to my original response is not the owner. Its a department that responds to post. Just another Fraud. However manager did call me back and is refunding the 259 and said he would deal with the tech.Update: I have called twice wrote the review and still have not received a call even though “owner” responded it would be shortly!!DO NOT CALL! FENWICK QUOTED ME OVER $9000 DOLLARS THAT ANOTHER COMPANY REPAIRED FOR $275 DOLLARS!!! This is what happened.... About a week ago I called fenwick to unclog a drain . The tech the first time advised the entire house was stopped up and addressed the issue. It was a 99 dollar special with a warranty he was good and did quality work. So this week the property had another stoppage so called them back under the warranty and they sent out a different tech. This tech advised he could not unclog the drain and my drainage pipe had collapsed under the house. He charge 259 dollars and I asked why he said because he did a lot of work and it was different drain. Tech said the next step would be to call out their camera people to go down the drain to see where the issue is. He said that would be another 775 dollars. He said the total job would be approx 6500 dollars to replace the one drain after I paid the 775 dollars to have camera scope. I declined. I got a call from their dispatch wanting me to schedule the camera tech for 775. I asked her if the tech has already quoted me 6500 and already spent 259 why would I spend another 775 dollars. She corrected me to say the estimate is for 8141 dollars and had to have the camera scope. I declined. Later in day I called them back questioning the 259 repair and the warranty. The person filed a report for me to get a call from management and have not received a return call after 2 days. What makes it worse, I called out another company that was able to clear the drain for 275 dollars and advised the pipe had not collapsed. What a fraud the Fenwick company is running. I would have had spent over 9000 dollars for a unnecessary repair. I also spent the rest of the day filing insurance claims and stressed that I had no kitchen water and facing a 9000 dollar repair. All of it was unnecessary!!! Really sad they can operate a business in this manner and put people through this! Just not right!!

I appreciate their prompt response, I only waited for a couple of hours after making an appointment because they were servicing another house. They work efficiently and clean, I’m happy that there was no mess at all. Eric was really great; he even recommended ways to avoid clogs. Most important, the price is very reasonable compared to the other plumbing company I researched online. I would highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

With his friendly approach and can-do attitude, Cristian immediately reassured me that he could do the needed repairs. He had parts with him, and fixed a kill switch in case of flooding that had been installed incorrectly. He persisted until all the problems were fixed. I was very happy with his work.

These guys are great. Helped me with several problems at home and in my business. Prompt and professional.

Good people and honest

We recently started partnering with Pipe Works Plumbing and we (and our clients) couldn't be happier with their work. Putting trust in another company can be difficult, especially when they will be servicing with our client's, but they have been excellent. They really do a great job and we look forward to continued work with them in the future.

Brian is Very knowledgeable & fixed my smelly water issue by changing the anode rod on my water heater instead of replacing it like another company told me I had to even tho my water heater is only 2 years old.He saved me money & the smelly water is gone!Great service
