We have found Turner Plumbing not only very responsive, but the number of professional plumbers they have, is by far above all the other companies we have used. When you call Turner, in most cases, you will get a Master Plumber or Journeyman plumber, with a helper only there to assist.We have called them on a Sunday night, and their response time was less than an hour, and they stayed on the job until it was finished - on a Sunday night! Their prices are fair, and in most cases you get the owner to cost out a project, and they are done on time. I have recommended Turner Plumbing to a number of friends and businesses. They are very good, and very dependable.

They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

Called to get a quote to replace my drain field. They were very quick to send someone out to my house. However, instead of a quote, all I could get out of Jason was how many of these they have done and do every week. The only figure he would give me was $950 for the permit and Inspection, however that did not include the pump out or several other items that ALL the other contractors included for less! I told him I needed something in writing, Have not heard back yet!

Gavin and Top of The Line Plumbing are top notch plumbers. Gavin was very easy to get in contact with and answered my many many questions. He hydro-jetted my line and is scheduled to de-scale the cast iron sewer piping system at my home. As a former building contractor he was impressive at all aspects of his profession. The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
