Paid over $450 for a drain cleaning and was told a camera inspection was “required” to do the service. Called 3 days later to check on my follow up camera inspection and was told the service was canceled. (I was never contacted or notified about the inspection being canceled) I asked them to discount my bill because I never wanted the inspection in the first place and was told I needed to speak with the administrator. I was then sent to a voice mail where I left a message and was never called back.This review does not reflect on my technician Ross as he was excellent.

He assessed the problem quickly and accurately then proposed a solution which addressed the root cause of the issue. He answered all of my questions and did excellent work.
