All the work was great but some how he turned on the house on the side of the house I could hear water running so I checked and it was the hose above the water shut off to the house.

Can not say enough great things about this company! We are using Presto exclusively at the property I manage in the Bartram area. Steve is fantastic. Quick to respond to an emergency type request when out of town as well as a routine maintenance request. Very informative and helpful in more than just immediate plumbing concerns. Nice to not have to deal with multiple people when making a simple call for service. Steve does it all.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
