The last 2 jobs I had from Rolland Reash were nightmares to deal with. 2 years ago we had the plumber come out to fix a line behind the fridge only to have a leak gushing out, costing us alot of money and time to replace our floors in the kitchen area.The first 3 pictures are the old plumbing and the last 2 pictures are how roll and Reash installed them.6 months ago we decided to try again assuming this was a fluke. Plumber assembled everything together and as he explained how he assembled the shower lines, the pipe busted and splashed water everywhere. Within 30 seconds of running water spilling out this damage our new drywall panels, our new laminate floor we just installed in this area days before this incident, and damages are now showing up in our shower floor. Because of this they didn't charge us for the install and had someone come redo the floor. We bought the supplies and they installed the floors. Unfortunately I can't come to terms with how they handle these situations and for that we now have Tactical Plumbing coming through for us. These pics are the before and after of what the pipe looked like and where it broke off.

We have a long, narrow 2 acre lot and the tank that needed pumping is probably 800 to 900 feet from the street. The large pump truck was unable to fit down my driveway which has a left turn followed immediately by a right turn between a mobile home and a shed which are both close to the driveway and the truck was to long to navigate through the turns. The guys were very patient and gave it a good try before deciding that we would need to reschedule the pump out when a smaller truck was available.Thankfully a neighbor with a much straighter driveway made it home before the guys left and they were able to use his driveway to get the job done. Yeah!

These folks were amazing. Showed up promptly to my mothers house to help unclog the pipes. Reasonably priced and professional. They will also be providing a quote for additional needs. I am not easily impressed, but I can’t say enough how good they were.

I cannot begin to say all the good things about this plumber. First of all they are honest and know what they are doing. I used them for a repipe and installation of a water heater and it was literally a life saver. I had an old pipe in the kitchen that was right above my electrical box for my dishwasher and it was about to go. They fixed it and moved the new pipe to a much safer location. Also, my pipes in my shower literally crumbled as they were replacing them. They got all the crumbing old pipes out and replaced them perfectly. I didn’t realize how much of a mess my plumbing was in my house, but they got it fixed and working correctly. The best thing I ever did was to hire this plumbing company and I will be using them in the future for sure.

Called at 4PM due to the house flooding with water from the laundry room. The owner was at my house in less than 10 minutes. Identified the problem, resolved the issue of the flooding, and the next morning fixed the septic pump. Super fast and professional service 10/10 would recommend!

Might I add Roter Router was called first and weren't able to rectify the matter and attempted to charge double the price. I highly recommend this company.

Did a good job for me although I'm still waiting for an plumbing inspector. They cut a hole in my roof, so did I also need a roofing inspector? Anyway I haven't seen one. The workers were informative and friendly. The work they did was in a tight area of my attic so I could see it. I (guess) they did a good job?

Response was same day and our Tech, Russo, was very nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant to do business with. We have used Metro Rooter in the past and have always been satisfied. We have also dealt with Frank on pump outs and were always pleased with the service and his courtesy.

Every time I call Jake he is very responsive, professional and provides excellent services. I have used him several times. First time he came right out and replaced my disposal.Today the bath tub faucet was leaking. He came right out, went to the store and got a replacement and installed and caulked the new one. I had the unfortunate experience of being completely run off the road by one of their drivers. I had to swerve and hit a curb to avoid crashing into him. The driver definitely knew what he did. He did not bother stopping to see if I was ok. Also, I would like to add, the U-turn he did was illegal.My car ended up with a flat tire,bent and a bent control arm it was a lot of money to fix! The company will not help me because I did not file a police report. I should have called the police. Any company that allows their drivers to drive recklessly is not a company I would allow in my home. There are many plumbing companies to choose from. I would not allow this company in my home.The experience I had with this driver was unacceptable. If I was management at this company I certainly would have done more then what they did. Which was nothing.
