Best Leaky Sink in Jacksonville FL

We cannot say enough about Darley's on how amazing out experience was!! Going into the holidays to find a slab leak is definitely a stressful situation and Darley's took every bit of stress away! After many overly priced, even more stressful situations of other companies giving their quotes; Johnny came out to the house and the next day provided a quote WAY more affordable! My husband and I both liked the personable, but professional personality Johhny had! We decided to get this done before the holidays hit and company ccome to visit, so on Monday my husband called and spoke with the sweetest lady, Pam, who told us not to worry and her best guys would be on the job first thing Tuesday morning! Gabe, Noah and Brandon were sent to our house the next 3 mornings and their work ethic and personalities were phenomenal!! There's not a con to our experience with Darley's and will use them for anything else that may ever come out way!! I highly recommend their company!!

This is the 3rd time we have used them and every time Eric completes the job on time. We have never had an issue with any of his repairs. We are very happy with his work.

Ice maker line right? Very simple procedure you would think. I had the refrigerator moved out of the way & the drywall cut for the repair and very clean for the repair person. Didn't need any water line connected or drywall patched. They charged me $276 for the job and around $90 for the valve when in reality it costs only $15 plus a few bucks for glue and couplings. They also charged me to repair drywall when in fact I never requested this. The only reasonable charge was for the cpvc parts: $2 for couplings, etc.I spoke to Kyle and ran through my concerns that I was quoted a little under $200 and I was charged $276, and I didn't ask for a drywall repair and that $80+ for a ice maker valve was extremely ridiculous. He laughed at me and asked if this was all about $40 for additional labor (15 minutes for the drywall repair I didn't ask for). I agreed, but also disagreed with the 300% markup on the water valve part was unfair to us regular people. To be clear, this valve is not made of gold or platinum. Kyle, in the brief convo we had, you were a very condescending person and probably a family member of the biz (I have a few). Trust me, being a nice person goes a long way especially if you consider I need so many plumbing services. You literally laughed at me when I was trying to express the value you didn't provide me.On a $276 job, $40 is extremely significant, Kyle. Especially if you include the 300% markup of the valve. He said he would refund the time it took the tech to patch the drywall ($40), we'll see. I don't think I'll include them on my quote for a new water heater or our sewage drain issue, etc.

I've used Lettow a few times over the years and always had a GREAT experience! They are great people, reasonably priced and do great work! Thank you all

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.
