We were able to arrange for non emergency service over the holidays just a few days in advance. Eric arrived on time and quickly did the kitchen faucet we called about. While there he helped us with an ac drain, and had the special tool and drill bits to install a grab bar in the shower. Total time spent and the bill were very reasonable. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing service. We had an emergency plumbing situation that required immediate attention (broken pipe at water meter), and the Mr. Rooter was a led to get me on the schedule right away. Jay was very helpful and professional, and he resolved our issue quickly. We would definitely use them again.

I called with probably 101 questions before deciding to go with this company. Each time the answers were consistent, and they were patient with all my questions. Other companies gave me different prices for services every time I called, I called three times just to see if it would keep changing. Terry Vereen plumbing gave me the same price everytime, they were lower than who we have always gone with. Customer service was amazing. Day of service they came when they said they would, they didnt waste any time getting the job done, they cleaned up after themselves. I wish all plumbing experiences were this peaceful. We have had work done by Lettow Plumbing & Restoration at both ours and our daughters house. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and have excellent customer service. The guys who have come out, Chris, Baxter, John, Jessie, and Paul, and Anna on the phone, have all been polite, courteous, and professional. From a small job of hooking up a drain, to replumbing our entire house, we have been pleased with the response, speed, and quality of work.

I cannot begin to say all the good things about this plumber. First of all they are honest and know what they are doing. I used them for a repipe and installation of a water heater and it was literally a life saver. I had an old pipe in the kitchen that was right above my electrical box for my dishwasher and it was about to go. They fixed it and moved the new pipe to a much safer location. Also, my pipes in my shower literally crumbled as they were replacing them. They got all the crumbing old pipes out and replaced them perfectly. I didn’t realize how much of a mess my plumbing was in my house, but they got it fixed and working correctly. The best thing I ever did was to hire this plumbing company and I will be using them in the future for sure.

Awesome Service and Conversation!!!

We initially called a different plumbing company who came out 3 different times, each time they sent a new person who didn’t seem to know what previous person had done, and none could resolve the problem with our kitchen sink. The last person who came did a “fix” (that within a few days caused more problems then we had started with), and he suggested that if his “fix” didn’t work we may have to tear out kitchen island and replace all plumbing. Each person upon leaving asked that I leave a 5 star review for them, to make matters worse the cost was very high to have no resolution (they claim their cost is higher because all work warranted). Replaced lots of things that turned out didn’t need replacing, e.g. Despite the “warranty,” and before going down the rabbit hole of tearing out our kitchen island, I called Advantage Plumbing for a second opinion, Greg and Josh came two days in a row, figured out issue in first day after hours of researching it, they were way more on their game and knew what to look for and how to figure out, and came back promptly the next day with what they needed to resolve the issue. Everything working great now, no remodel necessary :) So thankful to have called them and highly recommend this company. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely call them FIRST next time.
