Best Heating System Maintenance in Jacksonville FL

Let's start by saying I was in need of an estimate on a re-plum on 60 year cast iron drain pipe. I called Duck Duck Rooter 3 consecutive days trying to get an estimator out to look at the problem.On the 3rd day, I left a message on the website and received a call from Duck Duck rooter and was told that the estimator would give me a call the next morning to setup the visit. No call the next morning. I had to call again to inform them of no call back. The estimator finally got the to my house about noon and after reviewing the situation was told by the estimator that he would get the estimate emailed to either that afternoon or the next morning.Now 24 hours later, I called Duck Duck and the young lady that answered could not reach the estimator but would send him an email requesting him to forward the estimate to me.Here I sit still waiting...disappointed.UPDATE: Received call from the owner Jeff at 11:33 AM and the first thing he started with was this google review and how he didn't feel they had given 3-star treatment to my request. Well I waited three days to get an estimator out to my house and they missed the time commitment given on the estimate. instead of apologizing of this mishap, he attempted to chastise me for posting this review and then told me he was not going to submit an estimate for the project. I terminated the call. That's fine, by the time he called we had accepted a bid from another plumbing company.

Swift Brothers all around from my first contact with dispatch/company and the gentleman that came to do our request for an estimate. In the end, we didn't even need a repair, honest people so a long way!! Now we have a plumbing company we will use in the future, they also do HVAC and heating ?. Thank you Swift BrothersAV

Plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He even made my service call early, ahead of schedule, which was a plus for me.

McKendree scoped my sewer lines and discovered a mess under the slab, so the HOA relined and replaced the sewer and drain lines. Given the age and condition of the plumbing, I then paid (all but $600) for McKendree to also replace and re-route the water lines. They were courteous, fast, informative, and did excellent work.

$390 to clear a stoppage. I think that is ridiculous. Never again. I couldn't get thru to the regular contractor I use so I called American plumbing. It's never cost me more than $125

Had back up into house over the weekend and they came out , fixed in just about 1 hour. Quick and painless. Friendly and neat after.

Very pleased with work performed by B&G, needed plumbing work done, faucets replaced, some vales replaced, I wasn’t comfortable doing the work myself, with the copper pipes in the house, didn’t try to charge me for work that wasn’t needed, technician was very professional. Recommended and will use again

Donovan replaced an old and failing a/c system. Arrived on time with the system that I had chosen, kept us updated on the progress of the work, took great care to keep our home clean by using drop cloths to cover the carpet, made sure my dogs did not escape when the installers were coming in and out of the house. There was one unexpected problem when a water pipe was cracked while digging outside. We were informed immediately, they turned off the water to the house and also arranged for repair of the cracked pipe and even used the plumbing company that we suggested. The a/c was installed before the plumbers arrived but the installation crew did not leave until they knew that our water was back on and we were happy. Another remarkable experience with this company. Donovan also does maintenance twice a year on both of our a/c units. I am a satisfied customer.

Company contacted me very quickly and scheduled an appointment the next day. (Were able to the day of as well) Company let me know when they were on their way! Mike was very friendly and gave me a clear diagnosis. Showed me pictures and helped me understand the issue with my AC unit. Would recommend this company, and Mike again.

Ravi was a very knowledgable and professional worker excellant craftmanship. He explained things and worked so hard. The shower remodel looks great. The problem is that the sales guy Scott told us that we would have a pony wall and then glass that would take it to 7 foot and we were told it would be done in week. Well now we are told that the glass is not included in our contract and we will have to supply that our selves. We were told that my wife changed things. Which she did not . Why would we order a shower remodel without the glass. Make sure you get things in writing and not what the salesman says to get you to sign.
