Awesome service! I contacted APC and they quickly got me on the schedule for a time that was convenient for me and the representative that they sent was amazing. Guy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and funny. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely call on Guy and APC again for any future plumbing needs! I waited 4 hrs for my appt and nobody showed or called, when I called them they said they were on service call they’d be a few more hours. They said they’d call me back with ETA but they never did. I called them again asking what’s going on and where is the tech. I said I’m waiting 6hrs now and I had an appt. The office girl Naida was rude and hung up on me twice. I would never recommend them.

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

Shane was very thorough and helpful. He explained all of our options and even did an in-depth inspection of our vents and the unit we had. Our unit was replaced and the technicians were great! Would recommend this company to everyone! Shane was very kind and knowledgeable!

Austin was very courteous and professional. He installed a new faucet and reconnected my garbage disposal and dishwasher after having new counter tops and kitchen sink installed. He was efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed.
