A guy named Eric came out help with my son flushing things down two toilets and clogging them. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to unclog both toilets in a timely manner and made sure we had no other issues.

Pleasantly surprised with Mr. Rooter's staff and services!! An early morning plumbing emergency was diagnosed and fixed within two hours of calling!! Keep up the good work

Turner Plumbing did a repipe for us. They worked us into the schedule because we had a slab leak. We had a few other issues as well that they were able to repair for us while on site. We will definitely use them again in the future!

I called a woman there named Sandy who took my details (including my credit card number, which I was very uncomfortable giving out) and said she would call me back with a time when a plumber would come out to fix my emergency problem. Well, 40 minutes went by and she never called me back, so I called a different plumber and made an appointment, so I called her back to let her know, and she said oh, a plumber is coming out there now. What? Then why didn't she call me back and tell me?! I canceled the appointment and I told her to not put any charges on my credit card, and she hung up on me. Very lazy, rude, scammy, and unprofessional business.

I recently had Gavin and his Top of the Line Plumbing Team install a water heater in my home. Gavin was very responsive, provided a very reasonable quote, was able to work with my schedule, arrived on time, completed the work on time and left my home clean and neat. Gavin and his team were very professional – they will be the plumbing service my family and I turn to from now on whenever we have plumbing needs. Excellent Service & Very Highly Recommended

Griffin is very responsive and scheduled us very quickly for the work. Joe and Eric came out to repair the condensate drain line at our property. They went above and beyond to install the new line. Joe even called me back to explain the repair, since I was not able to be there. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Griffin!

Griffin Services is a 10 out of 10! My previous AC service contract expired and i was referred from a friend to call Griffin Service's employee, Scott. Upon calling Scott, the first thing i noticed was his professionalism and great energy over the phone. Next, I signed up for the 3 year servicing plan thinking I would get a call back to schedule a my first appointment. Not only did i get a call back within minutes, but Scott explained he could come to my residence that same day and get started. Unlike my old company, Scott spent time showing me the in and the outs of my AC HVAC and outside unit. He took his time and made sure i was confident in the service he was providing and making sure everything was in great condition before he completed the job. He was patience with my wife and I's questions making sure every box was checked. I would highly recommend using Griffin Services and the multiple services they offer. Be sure to ask for Scott, because he is a Salt of the Earth guy who will knock it out of the park.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
