Through my home warranty company I was contacted by all hours plumbing emergency plumbing for a repair of a leaky toilet that was November 29. They still have not fixed it and I constantly get appointments made with them not showing up leaving me home with no call no show on their part. The second issue was a leaky bathtub they broke it and made it worse and now I’m still waiting for repair it is impossible to get a hold of them they do not return calls they do not care about customer service run away from this company is possible

KJPlumbing dug up and ran new pipe from our bathroom to street, and we can say happily, the work performed was of the highest quality. From a business standpoint service was timely, accurate, and surprisingly clean. Adam and Alan are artists of their trade and should be commended for their professionalism and quality care.. After work we had a small leak in bathroom, and Kurt answered the call and had his team out very quickly to follow up and correct. All the workers were friendly and helpful, and the work itself was done before the expected time. Only suggestion!!! you guys need a quieter jack hammer for office settings (: .. I recommend ASAP plumbing if you are looking for a reliable plumbing company. I have had several plumbing problems toilet that is constantly running, faucets always dripping. I called ASAP Plumbing and they were there the same day. They fixed all my problems and the plumber even asked if I have any other problems he could handle today. The plumber was so nice and did a great job.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
