These people were amazing. I was very impressed from day one, service was prompt and beyond adequate. I was having some issues with plumbing and they had someone out there the same day to have a look. We set up an appt to have them come out for for job but in the mean time my toilet went out.. not good! Darley’s didn’t have someone at first but said they would find somebody ASAP, and they did. Next thing you know I got phone call saying someone could be there in 30 mins.. wow!! Other companies I called (wanted more estimates for plumbing) 3 weeks just to come out, some didn’t even call back. Plumbing could have been miner, easy fix..? Prices, Darley’s was very reasonable. Darley’s made it happen! Workers were great and there customer service was very impressive and all were very kind. To me, these people were sent from up above. They knew my needs and situation and they were willing to help, in more ways then one... they were referred by a friend, more than happy I chose them!

I had a fairly small job ... leaking valve in the master shower and an improperly installed handle from a different company. Called RRP John came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price ... I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my hot water heater. They scheduled the work within 4 hours, this time Mike took care of it and again the price and quality exceeded my expectations. Use these guys, they are great at their craft.

Mr.Oconnor went above and beyond even at 3 am when my toilet clogged after eating Blaze pizza and having food poisoning all day. His employee went above and beyond even in the conditions of body fluids spraying everywhere. Not only was he able to help fix that but he also repair my shower. i was so grateful because with out the help from him i would have had to goto bed with all of that on me.10/10 hopefully won’t have to call them out for the same reason but if i need any work plumbing related, i will for sure call this company!

They were very honest people and told me the repairs need were the city’s responsibility and didn’t change anything. Gave me great advice and saved me 4,500 dollars for the repairs. Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for any of my projects.

These guys are great! They fixed my clogged sink and explained everything that needed to be done. They stand behind their work -- they even guaranteed their work. The following day, I called them for a clogged toilet. After they fixed it, they didn't charge me because they said it was covered under their guaranteed work from the previous day. They are courteous and professional. I'm going to call them for all of my plumbing needs.

Griffin Services was without a doubt the best and most professional company I've ever did business with in New York and Florida.Starting with the salesman Sean, he was most thorough and knowledgeable and honed in on servicing my needs. l was shown many options and told how they work and how there efficiency is achieved. After an hour or so I was convinced that their best unit was for me. Because my home is over thirty years old I went for the duct cleaning and they repaired any problems with the dust work.All the technicians were super nice friendly and excellent at their jobs.Mike, the equipment installer was neat thorough and experienced. After the installation of both in and out units without making a mess the unit worked smoothly when he set that thermostat and still is.Then there's Joe who was responsible for cleaning the ducts. You would think that's a dirty job but he managed to get it done without any sign that he was there when he finished. Everyone that worked with me on this system was helpful and they all were challenged with making this system as good as it could be.
