I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this company and I'm grateful to Kyle for listening to me and taking action.

Our ac was having trouble and Snyder came and fixed it. We needed it immediately and they were able to get it back up and running the same day. Our technician Shawn Gantea was very friendly and informed us of what was wrong and he was able to fix it for us. He showed up right on time and got it fixed quick. Everything was great.

Couldn’t and wouldn’t want to use this business since my 3 scheduled appointments were canceled including the last no call no show. Employee was not the slightest bit apologetic that I had to alter my work for them to cancel minutes before my second canceled appointment

To start, this is in no way a negative review on their abilities. I never got that far. After having one of the more bizarre contractor calls that I have had, I did need to note that this business needs to tighten up its upfront customer service skills. I am relatively new to Fernandina Beach and am doing a number of improvements to my property. I was looking for a plumber and read some very good reviews about the company so I called. I told the receptionist that I was looking to replace a kitchen sink to start - fairly easy beginning to a relationship. It took awhile as the receptionist consistently fumbled the spelling of my name, couldn't get my phone number correctly multiple times and then took my email address and property address. She then asked what type of sink I had (undercounter) and told me -after placing me on hold - that they would have to come out to my house to look at the sink since they don't replace all undercounter sinks. I said that it was a standard Kohler that was in place now, and asked what types that they didn't work on. She put me on another hold and then told me that they don't drill into counters. I said that since we are replacing an existing sink, there should not be any new drilling of anything. She put me on hold again and came back to tell me that that she could have someone out on January 4th (today is December 9th). I told her that this was silly, and that since I needed to wait a month to have someone come out to tell me whether they could actually replace my sink, that I was going to continue calling other plumbers. She then warned me to make sure that I checked the Google reviews of other plumbers before I did business with them!!! So instead of taking all of my information and wasting my time, she could clearly have told me on the front end of the call that they were incredibly busy and there is a long lead time to get an appointment. Very frustrating experience.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Installed a water heater and flushed a second one in my home. Kept me informed at every step and pointed me to a possible problem with my water softener causing sediment in the water heaters. Definitely will be recommending to others!

Excellent service

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

We are very pleased with our new AC system. Shaun helped us selecting the right unit & the installation crew was fantastic. Out AC spreads of hot or cool are perfect.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. My tankless water heater broke. The warranty company sent the work order to this company they came out in 5 days, submitted a report to the warranty company that it needed to be replaced. The warranty company approved a replacement. They have made three appointments for them to return and replace the water heater. They never showed up or called me to tell me they were not coming. I have called All Hours several time to check on my repair but nothing but lies. I've asked to talk to the owner of the company but she is never there and I was told she would call me. Not holding my breath. I hope I never have to use this company again. Plus they charge an extra $395 for what one says code upgrade but no one knows what they are adding for the code upgrade. I think it is a scam to get more money than the warranty company pays. Do expect much from this company. They only have one technician that covers my area.
