Very good professional service, reasonably priced.

Called them out 4 1/2 months later to fix the same kitchen sink issue. The tech came out and recommended new piping which was great and he fixed the issue. I called the management and asked them to look into the previous trouble call to see if the tech made a mistake on the service call by not recommending the same. It seemed like I was paying for the same repair twice. The manager was dismissive about the issue and just said he would look into it and hung up. Feels like they just did not want to honor the warranty or admit the first guy did not make the appropriate repairs. This cost me an additional $660. A $1060 total repair cost for one tech to fix another technician’s mistakes. Not happy about how management handled my concern. Outside of that, Nate today was courteous and professional.

Ron Stage came out and unclogged a bad clogged pipe. Great customer service. Quick and dependable. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

The A1 tecs are always professional and offer good solutions to our gas issues. Their phone service is also great and it's always easy to get on their schedule within a reasonable amount of time. I always recommend them to friends with gas issues.

These guys are great! They fixed my clogged sink and explained everything that needed to be done. They stand behind their work -- they even guaranteed their work. The following day, I called them for a clogged toilet. After they fixed it, they didn't charge me because they said it was covered under their guaranteed work from the previous day. They are courteous and professional. I'm going to call them for all of my plumbing needs.

Good people and honest

We used this company for some plumbling issues we were having. They were quick to respond and send someone out. I am very happy with the services provided and they were very fair in the price and even came down after some confusion on the bill. They were extremely polite the entire process and I am impressed with the entire staff all the way from the plumber to the receptionist on the phone. I reccommend them!

Made an appointment. Plumber never called. Thus, called the company for a status of estimated arrival time. Response: The plumber was just finishing a job and is on the way. 4 hours later.. Still no plumber. Called again. They acted as if they had no clue but a plumber was on the way. An hour later, I called back to cancel because it was getting late and starting to sprinkle outside. The lady said ok and hung up like she could care less. Wasted a day waiting...

I have been doing business with this company for over 30 years and I can't believe how nasty, unprofessional and horrible the actually owner Mr. Leroy Blanton was with me and my poor wife over the phone. I have a drain problem and if it was explained nicely that they could fix my piping issue before completing the drain cleaning I would have continued doing business with this jerk. This company shouldn't be in business it should be in bankruptcy after the way they treat their customers.It gets worse. I need a cap placed on the vent but this company didn't tell me that, they wanted to charge me $675.00 to run a vent line through my roof line never explaining to me my options and that a cap would run me about $30.00 to install. In business or in jail you decide.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
