The plumber was super professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing and was upfront about all costs. He kept his distance, wore a mask, and cleaned up perfectly after he was done. I want to give 5 stars to him and 4 stars for the experience mostly because at the end of hours of work and hundreds of dollars there is still an issue. However, It is not the plumbers fault, the job was just bigger than what he could do and they will send out someone to give me an estimate on the larger job at a future time. I definitely plan to use them again if they’ll consider the cost already spent.

Mr Austin Wright was the best plumber i have ever met. He can out and had to dig to China to reveal all of my plumbing in the back yard. His experience and professionalism saved me thousands of dollars and a headache down the road. Mr Wright was honest, dependable, and very direct with what needed to be done. I called because I noticed slow drainage. When he came he knew there was a more serious problem. He told me that before ge started. Mr Wright dug up my whole yard in record time to find my pipes collapsing. He repaired in a timely manner and helped me save thousands. He returned the following day to perform a checkup. Thank you for all your hard work Mr Austin Wright. I will be calling Mr rooster for any of my future plumbing needs.

I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this company and I'm grateful to Kyle for listening to me and taking action.

Charles Inscoe was fantastic as well as tireless. He jetted to drain pipes under my drive way and neighbors that were clogged causing water backup the would stand for days following heavy down pours. Additional, trenched from the drain to a culvert ensuring proper run-off. I would highly recommend Charle and Metro Rootor.

We recently started partnering with Pipe Works Plumbing and we (and our clients) couldn't be happier with their work. Putting trust in another company can be difficult, especially when they will be servicing with our client's, but they have been excellent. They really do a great job and we look forward to continued work with them in the future.

I asked for a scope video of an older home that I thought might have clay tiles. The plumber with the video camera was prompt and had good equipment and knew what to do. As it turned out the plumbing had been replaced with PVC and there was just one connection that was questionable as a result of a Fernco coupling having a small separation between the connected pvc pipes but the camera allowed very careful review to determine that it appeared to be working properly. The owner answered his phone on Sunday and sent me the video and went through it with me. I thought this was above and beyond.

So far all I have done is schedule the appointment to have my sink and dishwasher fixed. They have not come to my house yet, but after speaking to Larry on the phone I'm not exactly thrilled to have them come to my house. He did certainly did not have the best attitude and was not very welcoming with customer service skills. I can only hope that the guy or the person that comes to fix my sink and dishwasher has a better attitude about his job and looks forward to helping customers. I will update my review Once I have been serviced***Update: our plumber was great. Fixed the job quick, no problem working well now. I love getting plumbers who have been doing this for a while. Apparently Larry works in the dispatch and could have better customer service skills so if you get him on the phone, I suppose try to look past it as they do have good plumbers.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!

We had Anthony install a new sump pump to replace an older one under our home, but shortly after installation the pump continuously tripped the breaker. I called and left several messages for Anthony to have him come back out to look at the pump. After no response for weeks, he responded and agreed to come out the next day. The next day he was a no-show (also no call or explanation) and he has again stopped responding to my attempts to contact him. Do not hire this company. It says a lot when a company doesn't stand by their work.
