I hire this company to repair a plumbing issue on a rental they came out 3 times , charge me for it and they never fix the issue , the 3rd time they ending up charging my credit card over $700 without authorization I had to call my bank to do a dispute,not only that they try price gouging me by charging $9500 for a job I end up doing with Roto Rooter for $2600I will never recommend this company

David Rexrode arrived on time and did an outstanding job installing my new kitchen garbage disposal. He was courteous, friendly, professional and cleaned up after the job had been completed.I will hire this company again for my future plumbing needs. And I’ll ask for David Rexrode.

These guys really know what they are doing. They were on time very professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. The job that they did for me turned out to be quite a bit more involved than it was first thought to be but we were able to work out the details and they did the job for me at a very affordable price. (Relocate and install a new water heater). They were all very courteous and unlike other contractors I have dealt with kept the work area very clean and took the time to pay attention to even the smallest of details. Gavin even addressed another issue that I was having with my water pressure and was able to take care of it for me while completing the task at they were there to do ( Bonus for me). I would highly recommend TOP OF ThE LINE PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs. And as always, remember you get what you pay for. I did find some other lower priced contractors but they wanted to use off name brand equipment and were not going to give me the same warranty could not work on my schedule and I doubt I would have been any where near as satisfied with the quality of workmanship I received from Gavin and his guys.

This company is the worst! The owners are rude and they are racist! A man by the name of Richard is extremely rude to his employees and overall the job itself isn’t bad but the employees are HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there or shopping with them!

Nolan has replaced my toilets, faucets, garbage disposal, and installed a water softener. All projects were completed with no issues.

What a fantastic experience dealing with Wade, Darren, and Griffin Service! I had Wade come out a few months ago to provide estimates on several projects around the house. I had planned to wait a few months before starting, but decided to go ahead and buy the 5 yr service agreement due to the cost savings, and the support of military veterans that came with the deal. Just a few days later, I had a coil go out on one of my AC. It was a unit that was under recall, and Wade handled all the replacement paperwork for us. I decided to replace a unit that had been inoperative for 2 years at the same time, and Griffin gave us not only the best deal we could find on a new AC unit, but installed the warranty coil for no additional labor at the same time. Our Technician, Darren, was prompt and professional. He arrived at the agreed upon time, worked quickly and efficiently, and had everything required to do the job on hand. That was a welcome change from the last experience I had with another company, who left the premise 4 times to go get parts and supplies.Not only great service, well trained and professional technicians, and extremely fair and competitive pricing on quality products, but friendly and community service minded as well. You can't go wrong with Griffin Service. Indeed, they provide service that is nothing short of legendary in my book

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
