Came to install a malfunctioning hot water tank. Val, the technician, found that nothing was wrong with the tank but with the amount of pressure in the tank. The repair was efficient and must less than the replacement of the hot water tank. Thanks Val!!!!!!

The technician Mark arrived on time which I greatly appreciated!! He assessed the situation with the water heater and gave me estimates on replacement with either electric or gas and we also discussed the procedures with each. Mark was professional and and very nice to work with. Also called an electrician to set up an appointment to verify what the electric panel could handle for this afternoon. Hopefully we can set up another appointment soon to replace the water heater. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks.Mark came back today to install the electric water heater. Mark came on time and spoke with the inspector to make sure code was followed since it’s different depending on where you live. I appreciated his efforts yesterday.Just had Daniel come out this afternoon to replace the outside faucet in the backyard which was leaking and spraying water everywhere. He arrived promptly during my two hour window and first gave me an estimate before completing the work in an extremely timely fashion. He was courteous and professional and very pleasant to be around as all the guys have been. No hesitation to call again in the future. Thanks!!

New hot water heater, Bradford White, installed and replaced leaking water filters. Professional, courteous, and on time. Cleaned up area and explained new product well. I used them because they had installed my previous hot water heater, a Rheem, 16 years prior and it had never needed servicing.

I had Tipping Hat install a new furnace, humidifier and hot water heater 4 years ago. I started having furnace issues, Jacob Patterson is the tech that came out. Absolutely one of the best service technicians I have ever dealt with. We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!
