Technicians treated an old clay pipe system that needed 35 feet of plastic liner to refresh it. They worked over a three day period to put in new clean out valves and line the sewer line to the city main with innovative coating that makes the pipes perform much better without tree root invasion.

Called to solicit a competing quote to refill the refrigerant in an AC unit and was told that the only way to get a quote was by charging $67 to send a technician out. When I asked why they had to send someone out if I knew what needed done, I was told that is because they don't have any pricing information in the physical office. Sounds like a risky operating model to me!

We got a quote and a tune-up from Top Shelf for our AC/Furnace. With a coupon the tune-up was only $29. The tech was VERY knowledgeable and was able to give us multiple quotes for replacing the AC and the furnace. He was able to help us understand how long we've got left in it and what the best options would be. He explained the installation process and the payment process as well and was very professional about it. We haven't decided whether or not to go through with the full replacement (that's a big expense!) but if we do we will most likely go through Top Shelf because of their professionalism, skill, and pricing.

Solid company. I was skeptical of consistent 5 star reviews, but I get it - they're ethical, fair, and transparent. My home inspector recommended hydro jetting. I called around and found a few companies that offered the service. Hyper Flow was the only one to come on site to give a free quote, and as a bonus, came out same day. When they came out, they were upfront that it was not the best solution for my situation and gave me other options before going down that route. They didn't charge me anything for their time, whereas the other companies I called wanted to charge just to come out, and I'm guessing would have had no problem doing what I thought I needed even if it wasn't the right thing. I'll be contacting Hyper Flow again!

My husband and I have been experiencing what we believed was a leak in the wall. The reason why we believed that was because we would hear it through the wall when we would use to upstairs bathroom. When explaining this to Leon over the phone he was so understanding and asking all the right questions to making sure what it was that we needed.
He was able to explain to me what was happening and luckily we saved money. If we were to have gone to another plumber they would of just cut a piece out of our wall to see what the problem was just to get the same response from Leon, thank you Leon for your experiences.
