This group of guys was on time, professional, and efficient. They installed new heating and AC. They also had to repair wiring done by a previous heating and AC company and did not charge me more to do this. One of the guys even came the next day to deal with something else done by this other company to make sure the unit ran correctly. I am very happy with the final product and it works perfectly so far. Top Shelf met the cost of a quote I had received from another heating and AC company.

As a chef of a wedding facility, it was a nightmare when our plumbing backed up in the banquet kitchen. I made the call to high 5 plumbing and had a tech here in about an hour. Very rude guy... I called in offering marketing services. I realize it can be annoying to get a cold call in the middle of a busy day- but No thank you Im not interested would be preferable to getting shouted at, cussed out, and hung up on. Especially since I only asked one time very friendly.

Anywhere Rooter came out to repair my sewer drain piping in my basement and check the sewer line as well. Kimball and his assistant did a professional job with top quality work, excellent communication and inspection as well. Once the tech was able to check my furnace, Daran was super professional. With the freezing temps. It was hard to get serviced. I get it, there are some emergencies that take priority. Luckily it got done.
