Last night our water heater pilot light wouldn't ignite. Called first thing this morning and they were on site literally less than an hour later. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. Our technician, John Morgan, was great, very thorough, professional, and informative!

Great company! From emailing with Dimitar, the estimate given the next day and Andon installing the day after that. In 72 hours we had the conversation, estimate and installation. Andon left the area neat and tidy. They were actually early for both the estimate and the installation. Andon did a great job showing us the new valves, explained the expansion tank and the drain pan. It was quick and easy. Andon wore a mask and shoe protectors the entire time and was very respectful of our home. I would use this company again.

When I realized my dryer wasn't working because my electrical system was FUBAR, I was depressed. It costs a lot. The first man, Jason, came and looked over what I had. He worked hard to get me decent financing. The payments were about the same to replace my heater (put in in 1977), add an air conditioner, and change the fuse box so it is legal with the Fire Department and Insurance Company.

They said they would arrive arrive between 8 AM and 10 AM. Gerardo, kneeling in the picture, arrived at 7:30 AM. They are motivated. here were up to 6 persons working at a time, and 3 vans with supplies in front of the house, Still, it took until 5:30 PM to get the work done. It made me wonder how they could make money charging the prices they do!

I believe in these folks. Ryan in the office is efficient and kind. They are super experts and take take of the home. They put down covers to protect my floors, and cleaned up every little bit of trash. They even vacuumed my carpets! You can't go wrong with there folks!

So impressed! We’ve had some bad lucky lately with home repairs and Corey with Bell saved the day. He was on time, polite and honest. Best experience!!! Originally called them on a Sunday evening for a flooded basement and were here within an hour. Took me through how and where the water got into the basement and gave me tips for preventing future leaks. Even helped with my finicky toilet without extra charge. Highly recommend!!!
